Vivian, Betty and Mark are the best - very caring and personable. Sue from the advice line is not helpful, does not listen, is rude and can be borderline hostile. Always a positive experience when seeing Dr. Moy, he takes the time to listen and ask questions, I have never felt rushed during an appointment, and wait time never exceeds 30 minutes.

This clinic is terrible. It delays my treatment a lot by asking me to do a lot of paper works and the front desk service guy behaves really bad to their patients.
