I just moved to Houston and I was trying to find a vet for my pet. I walked in and the lady in front asked me 4 times what my name was.. She seemed very out of it and didnt really care. Then while waiting upfront with my pet.. I saw her put her shoes on And come around to come get me. The vet wasnt really nice or friendly.. He didnt interduce himself to me or ask me any questions about my cat. He just didnt care.. I told him I was afraid my cat had flees and that he wasnt eating very well. He told me it was normal.. Then checked his fur for a second and that was it. I walked out and the lady Charged me 60$ for the visit.. I gave her 55$ cash and wanted to put the rest on my card.. She swiped my card for 66$ and took my cash. Then when I asked for my receipt.. she claimed that she voided it but shes out of paper and she cant give it to me. I believed her.. Turns out It wasnt voided when I checked my bank account few days later. It was a terrible experience and an awful unprofessional staff.. I highly recommend for you to go somewhere else!!!

This morning, I called & explained to the receptionist I was looking for a vet in this area, she couldnt wait to get me off the phone. Fortunately, I called another local vets office down the street that advised all the necessary offers and services. You may want to treat people with respect, you may find a few more customers.

We recently moved to Houston last year and we were looking for a new vet. It was close to our apartment and wasnt a chain clinic- which I try to avoid. The vet was wonderful. My dog wasnt frightened, or nervous at all! I was so pleased with our visit! I would definitely recommend Dr. Gary to our friends!
