First of all, let me say, I would give these jerks a 0-star rating if I could and here is why: I called the Irving clinic (because unfortunately Superior Medicaid is not usually accepted in most doctors offices and they automatically made Catherine my PCP) to make an appointment. I talked to them after waiting 5 minutes on hold (BTW they put you on hold EVERY single time you call) and I made the appointment for Wednesday at 2 oclock PM at the Mesquite location. I then scheduled a trip for Medicaid Transportation (Logisticare) to bring me to the appointment. A few days later I get a call saying that my ride was declined because I DID NOT have an appointment!! I was like wtf???? I have a lot of issues going on and I really need to see a doctor but these wonderful people are causing me to have to wait longer. If I could, I would just find a different place to go but unfortunately, like I said before, Superior Medicaid is not accepted by a lot of doctors. If you have the chance to go somewhere else then I suggest you do it because these people are not fun to deal with.

I would give a -5(negative 5) rating if I could do so. My appt was at 9.45 am and I waited till 11 am to be seen. The staff is careless and negligent. Every time I call to get an appt, I am put on hold for at least 30 mins. Even though my co pay for pcp visit is $0, they charged me $10 for collection fee to get a blood sample, and said that I may have to pay more if the lab fees arent covered. I would never go that clinic again and am changing my doctor today. KELSOM CLINIC at Irving is a waste of time, effort, and money .

These people are incompetent. They have done little to nothing to diagnose my sons problems and make you wait for literally hours even when you have an appointment. They are just milking the system by making you come in much more than necessary and charging medicaid for stupid nonsense visits. They should be investigated and charged with fraud.

The staff in general is pleasant and kind, the Doctor and Nurse on the other hand need to be a little bit more kind, I guess is a cultural shock but when you are in a public business you should perform in a professional manner specially if you work in the Health Industry. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

You walk in and your not greeted in a friendly mamner. I was there with a patient & had to go through a battery of questions because I had to use their restroom. They dont speak English well & said their restrooms are for their patients only. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!!!

I regret wasted my time and energy going there. You will get zero information about your illness and if you ask her a question insted she stares at you like youre out of your mind and just make referring to different specialists.

unprofessional staff. doctor O is very unprofessional too. she doesnt know what she is doing. worst clinic one can choose. waiting time atleast 3 hrs. They need to improve their service in all aspects to stay in business.

Cant get a hold of doctor, to get preauthorization on medication they prescribe , staff is unwilling to help, phone lines are disconnected early

Awesome experience, the doctor helped me fast and the nurse was helpfulike. They even did my glaucoma screening for free under 1 minute.
