While the doctors and staff are pleasant to deal with, the wait time is excruciating. I made an emergency apt to see Dr. Feeherys Nurse Practitioner because I apparently had the flu, the wait time was horrible. Normally I would put into consideration that it was an emergency visit and unplanned, but the wait time is always this way. I arrived early for my 2:45 apt on a Wednesday afternoon. I waited to be called back for 40 mins. Once I was called back and vitals were completed, I had to wait another 30 minutes. Appointments should be scheduled based on availability. Like any appointment, Id like to be seen at my appointment time. I understand a few minutes late, but over an hour is unacceptable for any service industry. I was truly sick to find out it was the flu, but I wanted to be home in my own bed, not waiting in some room cold, shivering, alone. When I confronted the NP of this rude ridiculous behavior, her response and only suggestion was to find another doctor. Seriously!? Who wants to hear or deal with that when they are sick? Furthermore, what professional says that to a sick patient? Very disappointed with this office. Its funny how if youre late to the appointment knowing you wont get called back for an hour for, theyre quick to cancel your appointment after 5-10 minutes. The solution Stacy, is NOT to find another doctor, but to work on your scheduling and customer service skills.

This place is fantastic and Ill NEVER leave if I can help it. Its like a well-oiled machine. They are so organized. The staff is genuinely the sweetest people you will encounter at a doctors office (particularly Grace, Jessica and Norma). Instead of using paper forms to fill out that give you a handy little tablet and you can quickly type in all of your information and its electronically stored immediately. Dr. Biard is just amazing!!! She is attentive, she really listens, she doesnt rush you through your appointments, she asks you questions and she answers your questions thoroughly. Shes very intuitive as well. She has integrity and she doesnt force medication on you because she has some deal with a pharmaceutical company. Shes honest. If its a good medicine shes going to give it to you, if its a bad medicine shes going to tell you not to deal with it. They have one of the best online portals Ive ever seen. You can keep track of all your medical records, all of your appointments, everything about your doctors visits are all kept safely online and its easily accessible. They even have an app you can download! If you are looking for a great doctor in the Irving area this is the place to go! I am so lucky I found them.

Rating is a NEGATIVE. On Easter day, I had a seizure (epilepsy). I had not had one in over 9 years. Went to the see doctor gamon for a follow up. I told him I had a seizure. And this seizure was way different then ALL the others I have had since i was 10 years old. Typically I do not remember anything but I do know I have had a seizure because I either broke something or had lots of blood on my shirt from having broken something Well this time I landed face down, for which I was hitting the floor with my chin over and over and over.. Last time I broke my nose on my computer desk. This time when I told the doctor I had a seizure, he replies with a chuckle:" what makes you think it was a seizure". I was TOTALLY FLOORED. SPEECHLESS. ummmmmmmmm because I know my body and Ive had these damn things since i was a young bloody 10 year old child. THATS WHY I KNOW! Since I recalled what was going on and I do recall trying to stop the seizure. I had a lot of questions for him, but all he could do was hurry up out of the room and into the next patient. I sure hope he isnt taking advantage of our elderlys. What kinda of health care is this? Never going back! Parkland seems like a jewel compared to how this doctor made me feel.

Wow, some of these negative reviews are incredible. Yall realize this is a medical facility where sick people are and medical emergencies occur? The staff arent in the back petting ponies and sipping lattes, they are giving the patient in front of them 100% of their attention, just as they will you when its your turn. Do you really want conveyor belt care? "Im sorry Sir/Madam, your 10 minutes are up, please pay at the window." Or is that what you want for everyone else except you? Ive been seeing Dr. Biard for at least a decade and she has saved my life twice, just this year. She really should be wearing a cape or a halo. You can go to any doctor you want, but if youre sick and you need a doctor who is going to do whats best for you, you need to see Dr. Biard. She is amazing and head and shoulders above the rest. She has always been a strong advocate for me. Her nurses, Norma especially, are kind and comforting. When I had billing issues they worked out a payment plan I could afford and that was that. I mean, I couldnt have better things to say about this facility. Ive had family members and my local friends change to her in the past few years and they are all thrilled with their level of care, as well.

Im a new patient and had mixed emotions throughout the process, but overall I came out happy. 1 star - The receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. She was very patient with me when I forgot to bring my insurance card and had to go through a process faxing it to her. 1 star - Billing? Didnt have a copay in the end, but Im sure there was a process. 1 star - Overall efficient process with the nurses in getting your vitals. Impressed with the iPad efficiency as well. 1 star - I saw Dr. Anderson who has very unusual bedside manners but I can tell is extremely smart. He cusses, says whats on his mind and tells you like it is. Eventually I warmed up because I could have an interesting conversation with him and learn so much beyond what I originally came in for. He takes the time to talk for sure about how things are. No BS plus validates his expertise with a lot of scientific reasoning. I dont think hes for everybody, but if you have a sense of humor and like real talk then you might find him decent. -1 star - the other reviewers are right. Wait time is terrible! My appointment was at 10:20am, and the nurses had me all situated by then. Dr. Anderson didnt come in until 10:50!!

I saw doctor Mary ward a year ago for lumps in breasts. She took a blood test, told me I was vitamin D deficient, and prescribed me green vitamin d capsules of 10,000 units. I had allergic reaction to it and the dosage was really high. I came back and saw two other doctors here and neither knew how to treat my allergic reaction. I finally saw an allergy specialist and he finally treat my reaction correctly. He gave me his utmost professional advice and said he doubt I was really that deficient in vitamin D because we live in Texas(vitamin d from the sun), I eat veggies and fish. There was no way I was highly deficient enough to be prescribed 10,000 units. I was suffering for a month. The hives/rash started from my neck and spread all over my face and body. I missed work for a few weeks. I couldnt go anywhere because my face was swollen. This woman needs to be sue for malpractice. She is wreckless and does not need to prescribe medicine she does not know the correct dosage. Do not see her!
