Referred by my primary physician and close to home. I did not like a high-schooler calling me by my first name (to fill-out info on clipboard), especially when I signed in with my initials and surname. Not a show-stopper but he called for me again, the same way and asked for ID and insurance card a second time. I replied that my intent was to provide it when I returned the clipboard. I asked do you need now? The reply was a flipant "Dont matter as long I get it" I quietly got up, placed the unfinished clipboard info on the desk and walked out. This is a boy talking to a 55 year old man and not a McDonalds!

The staff is fantastic. They really helped with my shoulder pain. One word of caution....do not pay in cash. There is evidently some problem with their record keeping. I paid for every visit that was not covered by my insurance. Almost 3 months after my last visit I received a statement saying that I had not paid for one visit. A different staff member took my money each time. They are wonderful people so Im sure it was a mistake. But I learned my lesson.

Very happy with the progress I have made with Bob! I required 3 surgeries on my left foot. The last surgery left me with a large incision on the bottom and side of my foot, & one on the top. That was September 1, 2016. I was unable to get around at all. After 5 weeks I am back in my regular shoes feeling great. I still have a few sessions to complete. However, after three surgeries in 6 months, Im feeling great. Thanks Bob!

I had rotator cuff surgery Dec-16 and after a month immobilized in a sling , needed physiotherapy to get full motion and strength back. After evaluating a few clinics, I picked Clair. The recovery took time, hard work, and a little pain, but having a place like Clair PT where I looked forward to each visit, made the whole process manageable. With a friendly staff and always positive vibe, I highly recommend.

My recovery was set back 8 MONTHS due to neglect from Bob Clair and his staff. I originally went after knee surgery and saw the owner, Bob Clair. He spent more time chatting up his staff then paying attention to his clients. As a result, he neglected to supervise his technicians to the appropriate type of exercise & weight for my type of surgery which resulted in setting back my recovery.

I had a good experience here. The therapist and staff were professional, caring, and helpful. My therapist clearly explained how the process worked and what we were going to accomplish. Their system worked well and I experienced a great deal of improvement after an artificial disc surgery. I would recommend Clair for post operative therapy or any physical therapy in general.

This review is only based on Claire PT when I went in to check it out. I was never a patient. Wow! Small, crowded, and chaotic. Not for me. Lots of equipment close together. Kinda loud. People everywhere, all crowded up. This staff may be fantastic, but the environment is not.
