I usually go to Richardson location, but matthew was out so i went to plano. I came out worst than i went in. I had a total hip replacemest and they first said to b on table sitting. I questioned that. Rich. Always lie me flat. They gave me a new exercise sitting in chair. I thought to strength thighs, instead i came out with knees hurting and lower back!!! Matthew and staff at richardson r so wonderful. Matthew is very observant of patients doing exercise right. Especially new ones... all the techs r wonderful!! Next day i was on ice all day. I am upset bc i leaned on pt to see im doing it right, now i have stepped backward on my progree bc of plano location. Made mistake on stsrs,,,NO STARS for plano, all stars forichdrdson

Had therapy with Caroline for about 4 months but stopped because I moved. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help my pain. She also performs a technique called Dry Needling that was very helpful as well. The staff there are very nice. The facility is clean and you never have to wait long.
