My mom was a patient at the Richardson location in June. Labs were drawn and x-rays taken. She was scheduled to return in 3 weeks for results of labs and x-rays. Can you imagine making a patient wait 3 weeks to find out their test results??? I called the office, and a very rude woman answered the phone. When I asked to speak to the doctors nurse, she would not pass me through, so I proceeded to ask her why my mom had to wait 3 weeks to get x-ray results. Her reply was, "Thats just the way we do it." On the day of my moms follow-up appt, the doc came into his office and at that point STILL had not even read the x-rays. He quickly looked at them and said, "I see some spots on one of your lungs. You need to go to your primary care physician and schedule a CT Scan." She did, and the CT Scan revealed that the "spots on the lung" were blood clots. He made my mom wait 3 weeks with blood clots in her lung before he even looked at her x-rays. I will never refer anyone to this facility to be seen by any of their docs.

Horrible customer service!!! A woman that answered the phone to schedule my appointment was extremely rude and unprofessional. Terrible experience! Disgusting!!!
