Adding to my review: After I posted this i went to class where Im studying to be a Medical Assistant and I changed my two stars to one. A) you should never judge a patient before you know the story B) You should never use a rude tone with a patient EVER. C) Your patients should always feel welcome and comfortable to call and to come in. D) You should make sure a patient never has a reason to write a review like this. Im usually very pleased my Dr. Abueme and his staff, but my last two experiences with them have been kinda, for lack of a better word disturbing. I was paying for concierge insurance and then I got on Medicaid. My previous dr had refilled a medication on August 10th. I had to go to the hospital August 16th or 17th and they told me to make an appointment with my dr immediately. I went to see dr Abueme August 18th. He asked about my asthma, what Id previously been prescribed, and gave me perscriptions. I didnt fill the prescriptions until September 9th. As of yesterday, his staff was very mean, like I was try to pull on over on them. They refused to refill the medicine he prescribed, and he provided a refill on it. Then today I called to make an appointment because I did something to my back or shoulder, and I was spoken to like it was the biggest nuisance to hear my voice. Ive had no range of motion in my shoulder for a few days. Im so used to them being so kind it was a little alarming and I think I want to switch drs....

Wow...never been treated with such disrespect EVER! (Except maybe the Phoenix VA). The receptionist actually hung up on me for asking about the price and confirming if I heard the date and time correctly that she had pushed on me, extremely presumptuous, only one minute into the call! Like Im going to say "when and how much?" straight away without knowing anything about this practice whatsoever as soon as they pick up the phone! Well, just like everyone on earth, when another doctor refers me to a complete stranger, an "internist" no less, I think Im entitled to a few questions before agreeing to a $200 appointment I know absolutely nothing about. Yeah, call me "old-fashion", but I like to establish some semblance of a dialogue before I give my word to come to your "practice". The worst part, I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I would have given my life for these people, destroyed my body in service to these people, and all they want is my $ and to spit in my face for seeking their aid, due to the current state of wait times across the nation at our VA facilities. Disgusting behavior. Well I hope the "doctor" reads this, so he can put such a disrespectful and bitter "receptionist" on her way. She will fit right in at the Phoenix VA!

Went for an appointment once staff seemed agitated didnt focus on customer service. I made the mistake of trying to call for another appointment, the guy said they were closed and to call back. I said why answer if they arent open. They gave me attitude said if I dont want to go there I dont have to. Completely rude staff dont go there!

Worst experience ever! This lady faith or whatever her name is was so disrespectful to me & my husband because we forgot to call before We understand but she didnt have to be so damn fuckinh rude. NEVER AGAIM GOING BACK! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT
