Accounting is in not in daily and no one in the office can discuss co payments or fees. If you are limited on funds and have not met your deductible, your guess is all you have when budgeting for visits. If you are a veteran who has been referred to Dr. Dosunmu request a replacement. A packet of about two hundred pages awaits you. I have spoken to many who wait in the office frustrated by the expectation with little help. My longest visit took four hours. With that said, Diana the office manager was sure to explain to me when I escalated my accounting question that, "all she knows is that the visits are charged by minute". Diana is impatient, insulting, childish, always running late and unqualified in her profession. I have attempted several times to settle matters with her but her adolescent defense mechanism is something you grow tired of handling. I will say the rest of the team, including Christian, especially Christian is doing their best with the poor management in place. On one occasion the doctor said that he was going to refer to my wife as my husband and to me as her wife. I did not escalate the issue and continued to see him. This was my mistake, it should have been a red flag. I placed a complaint with Dr. Dosunmu on April 25th regarding the fact that no one could tell me how much a follow up was going to be. I was told to place a complaint I had to schedule an appointment with him. So, on April 25th, I was ill and thought I would take care of both my illness and complaint to avoid a fee just to see the doctor and file a complaint. My mind was in a whirlwind! The doctor made me completely uncomfortable with his accusations, overbearing and emotional rant. Before we discussed my actual well being the doctor began scolding me about being mean to him and his staff! I had to calm the doctor down and explain that it was not right for him to not hear my side and listen to pure gossip that was happening in his front office. I remained calm and a bit shocked. He explained that he does not do what he does for money and that he does not suggest sharing of pills between, "whatever you two are". He continued to explain how considers his patients as family and told me not worry about Diana said about billing per minute. I did not know what to make of that. The meeting I assumed went well. Unfortunately, it did not in the doctors eyes. He sent two certified letters to my wife and I dismissing us as patients. It is hard not to take this personally. However, it helps me to realize that doctors are still people and are capable of poor judgement and actions. Please find another doctor and take the time to explain your health concerns. On my fifth visit I mentioned an important procedure I had done two years prior and Dr. Dosunmu became angry with me. Sadly, the procedure was on my initial paperwork. Time had been wasted by a careless and untrustworthy individual.

Dr. Dosunmu was great, honestly. He was professional, concerned, and anxious to help. However the wait staff is a different story. I made at appointment at 9, and waited until around 45 minutes to be seen for just blood pressure and weight before being put in the waiting room again 2 more times before actually seeing the doctor. I didnt get out of that office until 11:45, after having scheduled another appointment for results and a physical. I scheduled that new appointment at 8, and when I show up, there is no record of that. If I had to wait 45 minutes for an appointment they DID have on file, I could only imagine how much longer Id have to wait for one they DIDNT seem to schedule me for. I left, and have never been so frustrated. The two women at the front seemed unbothered, and now Im out my results and a needed appointment.
