Wonderful bedside manner. Very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. After several months of illness and several other Dr. consultations, she was able to make the correct diagnosis after 2 visits and lab work. I was referred to the right specialist by her and was feeling better soon. I refer all my family and friends to her and she is much loved by all.

I have been with Dr Poret for about 10 years. She has always been professional and kind. I feel she really cares about me and I am not just a file number. Her practice has grown by leaps and bounds, therefor "hiccups" happen in the office, but in general, I would highly recommend Dr. Poret and her staff for medical care.

Dr. Poret had a receptionist call to deliver the news that my husband has a brain tumor. The doctor refused to call him herself or even have a nurse call, and then we were referred by her office to a back surgeon for follow up-not a brain surgeon. Completely outrageous and unprofessional behavior--we will not be back.

The ONLY reason Im not giving 5 stars is because of the location. I despise malls, so having to step foot in one to go to my doctor was unpleasant. That being said, everything else went smoothly. Office staff was pleasant, the wait was minimal and I really liked the arnp I saw.

I always feel like they look down on me, the only one whos ever been actually nice was one nurse and the PA. Hopefully they can get me the help I need, but if not I may need a new PCP
