Its been incredibly difficult working with this office staff. So many examples to give. Dr. Naeem ordered a T3 and T4 with my blood work. When I saw her for a follow-up visit, she asked me to get a TSH so she could adjust my synthroid. I got this lab following that visit and when the results were ready, the office staff insisted I come in to see her for the result. I refused to pay another co-pay to get a result that could have been given over the phone. I saw an infectious disease MD for chronic health issue who recommended Dr. Naeem order an estrogen cream on-going 3Xweek. I asked Dr. Naeem for this during my visit. Following the visit, she failed to order this med. It took me a total of 5 attempts to get this ordered by sending messages, calling, and visiting the office. She ordered this med as a one time order and the directions were to take daily. I had to go to another physician to get this med ordered correctly. On June 1st, ,my insurance changed so all my meds had to be renewed. I asked for paper scripts when I saw her in May and she refused asking me to call the office. On June 9th, I called the office and asked for all my meds to be renewed with this new mail order insurance company. On that same day, the insurance sent Dr. Naeem a request for authorization for one of my meds. Today is July 22nd and she still has not taken care of this for me after contacting the office several times. The meds she did call in were only ordered for 3 months. She expects my husband and I to come in every 3 months for follow ups when this really isnt necessary. This office staff have been incredibly frustrating to work with. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I would give a lower rating if I could. Worst doctor Ive ever had. Did not perform test correctly (did not put swab in lab jar) and I had to wait 6 weeks to retest so the cells had time to grow back (Just went to a different Dr to do this). Very disappointing when you feel like you have an imperative medical issue and the DR messes up and causes a 6 week delay in finding out what is wrong. This doctor is incompetent and after I basically fired her and the office and changed my primary care doctor, they still make appointments for me without my knowledge or consent. I will be contacting my insurance company to make sure they are not fraudulently claiming that I was a no show or claiming that I actually am getting anything done.

The people are very friendly but. This place is simply horrible. When you visit the doctor there is always confusion. I have had my blood work lost and scheduled me at the wrong time after verifying the time and date multiple times . When you do get results you can never get feedback. They always want to get unnecessary test done. Example if your back hurts once in a while they will ask for a back x-ray. You can always get a new appointment but after the long wait and you actually get to see the doctor you never get your questions answered and the doctor acts like you are an inconvenience. She literally is in there with you for 30 seconds. She does not listen to to your concerns.

This is the worst front desk and office help that I have ever encountered. They are rude, disrespectful...why ask the question "May I place you on hold?" and you say NO, but they still do....dont ask, just do it. They have an excuse for all they do and point fingers when they drop the ball. My mom has been diagnosed with liver cancer and all we need is for them to get the approval from the health insurance for a scan. It has now been 2 weeks and again excuse after excuse after excuse...I cant even give them one star but I have to in order to post this review.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. She was so rude to us. She ignored my sons questions, I almost had to grab her from uniform and get her back in. She was in a hurry and didnt want to pay attention to my sons condition. She seems narcissistic. She gave us 3 referrals, none of them worked because they did not accepted our insurance. She is a total bi tch. She made us feel inferior because my son has Medicaid.

Money hungry. Every little thing requires an office visit so she can bill insurance. She spends little to no time with the patient. Its in and out, likely just to refer out to a specialist. Referrals are also slow and twice we have experienced a referral to a specialist that wasnt even in network.

Staff nice but Doctor is not a doctor so much as a referral service. And even the ones she recommended were not on the insurance. She is supposed to be GP and be able to help. Ingrown toenail- specialist referral. She cant treat an ingrown toenail.

Made appointment and within 2 days I was able to see Dr Naeem. Very patient and understanding. Cindy at the front desk also smiling and friendly.I have been a patient of Dr Naeem for several several year.
