Why would you put me on hold for ten minutes and then release me from hold just to continue to talking to other office staff about personal conversations while Im still on the phone waiting to have an appointment scheduled just to find out that you need almost a week to verify my insurance information?! I called Blue Cross Blue Shield directly and received your information from them. I recommend being more time efficient and making your potential clients a priority over your chitter chatter. Additionally, not hanging up on your customers while they are waiting for you to input their information would also be helpful. A call back after your hang up, would have been nice too.
