Driving from Austin to San Antonio, Googlemaps brought me to this eye center. The waiting time was minimal and the eye exam was thorough. The doctor (Dr. Barondes) explained things to me and was patient with all of my questions. I was surprised at the variety of frames in store, that I liked! The staff took the time to educate me on frame shape, etc. I was able to order new glasses that day. I was even happier to know that Insight Eye Care accepted my insurance. That was a plus. When I returned to pick up my new glasses and get them fitted I was given full attention. I was in and out, in no time at all. I would recommend this eye center to anybody and everybody.

They called me to inform me my wifes glasses were ready to pick up. I inquired about mine since we went in together and they told me they were not in. Days later they still werent there and no one called to update me on the status as they said they would. Now they are saying that I can only get a refund on my frames and not the lenses even though I have neither. Not the service I was expecting after having such a great initial visit. I get better updates from the VA.

Great place. i love going there to get my eyes checked. the staff is very friendly and they are pretty fast and get you in and out. well at least for me. i have a fun and great time every time i go there. It is a pretty good place to get your eyes checked especially if you live in Cibolo, TX because there is not really anywhere to get your eyes checked except for here. :-)

Hi all, Ive needed glasses for years now. I was in Cibolo getting something to eat with my brother and couldnt read the menu. I had enough!! I went over and ordered some glasses at Insight EyeCare. Ive had my glasses for three months now and Im very happy with them. The visit was quick and painless. I highly recommend this practice.

Very nice office, staff and doctor. Got appointment right away and took me just an hour to get eyes checked and prescription for new glasses. This is definitely the office to go if you need eyes checked.
