The office staff is superb. The facilities are top notch. Thats the only reason Im giving them 3 stars. Ive been going to the same dentist for the last 20+ years, but I recently relocated to San Antonio and Ive been on the hunt for a new dentist. It was time for my semiannual appointment, and I liked that they were open after work, so I decided to give this place a shot. I was very impressed with the actual office. It was clean, modern, and the intake process was very smooth. The hygienist was pleasant. The dentist, however, left a lot to be desired in terms of bedside manner. Im not sure if it was an off day, or what? All of the reviews said she was awesome. But, Im guessing the day I was seen, she was off. First, she rudely tells me that I need to invest in an electric toothbrush because I had tarter build up in certain areas (I already use one, FYI and floss daily). Then, she tries to sell me on getting an additional xray, not covered by my insurance ( I passed). She wasnt happy with my response. Then, she tells me I have five potential cavities and need to get them addressed before they turn into cavities. Now, why didnt my dentist, who I trust, back home, not see those same cavities 6 months prior? I know my candy intake can get a little out of control...lol ...but? Yeah, no. Ill never return. Its unfortunate, because the actual finished product (my teeth cleaning) was excellent.

My wife and I are new patients and our first visit was yesterday. To be frank, this was by far the best dental office I have visited. The hygienist, Tanya and Joy were encouraging and kind. They did a great job! There was no rush even though we were 20mins late because of the weather, ON A SATURDAY. I felt awful! But they took care of us! The staff was polite and helpful throughout our time there. The doctor made me feel like I was in great hands and came up with a plan that I am excited about. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to share with me. Fabulous facility as well, very warm! We live thirty minutes away but I cant explain how worth the drive is to us. Thank you, Reality Bites Dental Team!

Visit was beyond pleasant and will be coming back! My mother came in to this office for just a regular checkup and cleaning and the office was very neat and the staff were so helpful and answered all the questions we had. There was little to no wait time and Dr. Kathleen Torres is a great doctor. She answers any questions or concerns you may have and will explain it to you so you fully understand what she sees. They have TVs on the ceiling so that you could watch Netflix on which I am sure is great for the kids. Overall would give a solid recommendation to come here for you dental visits.

I was excited about going to Reality Bites. I filled out all my paperwork online and had my previous provider send my charts. When I checked in they said my online records were not there. When they called me to schedule this I asked if they had all they needed and they said yes. It took about a half an hour to fill out online. She asked me to go to a room and fill out all the info again. Really? If this place loses your records as a new patient you cant really trust them with anything else. You only have one shot to make a first impression and you blew it.

Very happy with the services I recieved on the day of my visit. I was very nervous to go in because I had not been to the dentist in a long time, but Dr. Torres made me feel very comfortable! I loved how she let me know what she was doing before she did it, and how we went over the overall plan I wanted to acheive for a better smile (look and health wise). Im definitely not nervous to go back, Im actually very excited to see my end results, definitely sticking with her and her great team!

Reasons why Ill return: 1. Open on Saturdays (THANK YOU!!!!) 2. Dr. Torres is really great and will explain everything to you and answer ALL of your questions....no seriously, all of them. 3. Great location 4. Cool and modern office (with free coffee in the lobby if you want bad breath before they clean your teeth) 4. Watch Netflix or TV while you get your teeth cleaned! Getting to watch House of Cards in between spits is pretty awesome. 5. Really friendly staff!

I really dislike going to the dentist I think a lot of people feel the same but This was definitely the best dental experience Ive ever had. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They explain with details every procedure and answer all your questions. I think the best part is Dr.Torres and the staff really take care of their patients and have an amazing ability to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely keep coming back for my appointments.

Overall there isnt a single bad experience that Ive had here, which is pretty impressive after a pulled tooth and two root canals. Every single person Ive dealt with has been very friendly, seems to care about how Im doing, and has kept me very well informed throughout the process. This is definitely a place that I would suggest to anyone looking for a dentist.

I drive from Austin to visit them! Dr. Torres is very sweet and knowledgeable. Before I graduated college, I wanted to get the 6 month smile braces and they worked with my payments! My teeth look great now and Patti at the front desk is very nice!

Great location. Dr Torres is very knowledgeable. Answers all your questions. All of my visits have been amazing. Nice, clean office. Beverages in the lobby while you wait. Netflix on the ceilings, does it get better than that? Love this dentist.
