I will update after I call today and speak to management... A little over a week ago my son was treated for an ear infection. Two days ago I called after the treatment was complete and my son still was having some pain with his ear. I was informed by the secretary I would receive a phone call before the end of the shift... Nothing not even the next day so I called back as my son was still in pain finally they put someone on the phone who never identified herself. She proceeded to tell me she was not the staff member who examined him so she would not follow up with his care. She required another office visit even though she had his diagnosis in his chart. Nothing changed after the first treatment and all I was asking for was an alternative treatment plan for the exact same signs and symptoms. Nothing was offered knowing my son was still with an ear infection causing pain. Her solution "take him to the emergency room"... Next time you spend multiple hours in the er thank so called professionals such as she... Ers are for life threatening emergencies not for lazy practitioners to offload simple medical issues. She refused to offer any other suggestions put me on a long hold returning only to continue to be rude. Then she handed her phone to her receptionist who abruptly hung up the phone on me... I do not know yet who is responsible for this group but I intend to find out today

In 8/20/16 I had to take my four year old son in at the end of the day to see a doctor because of having symptoms of strep throat . I first went to the clinic at heb and was greated with a lady that was so rude. When I ask if they were seeing patients she held up a sign that said no longer seeing patients. She never spoke just a very rude. So I decided to see if redi clinic on sawdust road was seeing patients. When I got there it also said they were no longer seeing patients but when the doctor came out and saw my son she said she would go ahead and take him. He did have strep and she was so good with my son talking time to explain how bad monsters sometimes get in and that she would have to give him medicine to fight them. She didnt have to take us but she went above and beyond and if she had her own practice I would start seeing her. She then told me this was not her regular clinic that she was filling in. She deserves a big shout out ! Thank you so much for being a compassionate person. Kaitlyn Hooper

Ive been to several RediClinics but this was a great experience! The receptionist was just going through the motions of her job with little care, compassion, or interest as is typical. She even seemed put out that customers were waiting in a long line while she stood at the HEB checkout counter buying a salad for her dinner. Typical for these places unfortunately. But the doctor made up for the receptionists lack of attention. The doctor was Russian and she was engaged, interested, helpful, concerned, and absolutely the best! She prescribed a low cost solution to the problem and left me feeling like I was important. Not all RediClinics are the same fortunately. This doctor sure made this one look good! I will be back.. but only if she is on duty!

I have been feeling awful and running a fever. I finally said enough and I need to be seen. We are a one car family and I had to wait til my husband got off work to go be seen. I called over and over as I drove to let them know I was coming. I had half an hour before they closed but they didnt answer. I called HEB to see if the rediclinic in their store was still open. The staff there said yes so I called back up to Rediclinic. Finally a girl answered as I was pulling in to the parking lot. Mind you, there was still 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. She basically told me you are too late, we are closing and to try and come back tomorrow. So they closed early and refused to see me.

Dont come here. Had an appointment and they didnt honor it as we were 5 min late (and that was because of the time to park and get in and the time to fill out the 10 page questionnaire on the iPOD). And, they were nasty about it.

Receptionist was not cordial and was rude. Waited two hours with both rooms open and no one here for over 40 minutes. Still sitting here waiting. So I thought I would do something productive while waiting.

The girl hint with the same name as me was extremely rude and unprofessional, My husband was seen here and staff is incredibly rude the wait was long and imagine after 50 dollars he was mis diagnosed.

This place is disgusting and unsanitary. The nurse stuck a scope in my nose and just wiped it off and put it back on the rack. I went there for a physical and she did not even complete it.
