My kids have been coming here for years and we are highly satisfied w/the service, all staff is pleasant and very kid friendly. We never wait longer than 15 min to be seen and we are in and out w/ in the hour. Before we return to Katy area I would drive my kids (from Houston) to come to this clinic. The service is just great and all answers are always answered, phone call are always returned and the Dr. Trinh is very kind.

This office is a joke, my husband has been trying for a week now to get a lifesaving inhaler. They dont call back, they dont respond to the pharmacy, and the woman who deals with the insurance company is never available, nor does she return calls. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares.

I called early Saturday morning to see if they took my insurance and confirmed they do but couldnt see me until Monday even after telling them I think I may have strep! Wonderful customer service!

You will never see the same doctor twice. A constantly rotating sea of NPs and PAs give poor to substandard care. Even ear wax build up is a specialist referral for this group. Run away!!!!!
