5 stars doesnt even begin to give Dr. Heaton, Natalie, and the entire staff at Legacy Dermatology enough credit. Prior to being seen at Legacy, I had been to a number of other dermatologists and kept coming away disappointed and feeling like I was just a number to the dermatologist. Ive received nothing but the very best treatment, service, and care at Legacy Dermatology by Dr. Heaton and the entire staff. They are all exceptionally friendly and Dr. Heaton takes as much time as you need and actually cares about you as a person. He impressively remembers details about my life in-between visits and consistently asks about things he knows are important to me or my family. Ive been thrilled with the results of Dr. Heatons prescribed treatments since day one. If youre looking for a 10 star experience, look no further than Dr. Heaton and the professional staff at Legacy Dermatology.

My experience at this office as a first time patient was great! Starting with making an appointment- I was able to make an appointment that was within the week rather then months out like some specialists require of new patients. I was so impressed with how kindly I was treated on the phone that it was a deciding factor to go to this doctor. When I arrived at the office I was amazed at the beauty and cleanliness of the office. When we were called back the medical assistant was very kind and made my son feel at ease. When the doctor saw us he also was very good with my son. Most of all he was willing to take the time to talk to us rather than the rushing in and out of the room like most doctors. I would recommend Dr. Heaton to anyone looking for a great dermatologist!

I was very pleased with my visit to Legacy Dermatology. From the moment I walked in the door I knew this was my kind of place. It is absolutely beautiful. That isnt the most important thing when going to the doctor but it sure left a lasting impression. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome and comfortable my entire visit. Dr. Heaton is very personable and made me feel that my concerns were valid. He answered my questions and was very thorough. I appreciated that he had the latest technology and equipment and offered a wide variety of services. Just like youre doing now, I did my research and read plenty of reviews before scheduling with a new dermatologist, and am very pleased with my decision! You can trust all these five-star reviews because this practice has earned them. Ive been in twice now, and have worked with Angie at the front desk, as well as Welton and Dr. Heaton. I cant say enough good things about any of them. They are a great team, make patients feel very comfortable, and the office is extremely clean and nice. I was very impressed walking into Legacy Dermatology. The office is beautiful and kept very clean. Dr. Heaton has such great bedside manner. He made me feel so comfortable and like I was his number one priority. I must say he is amazing at the surgeries he performs as well. Cant even see where he had to make an incision on my face. I will continue going to Dr. Heaton as well as my family. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Very family friendly which is very important to me!

I have been to multiple dermatologists, and this office is my favorite! I was able to get into the office a few days after calling to request an appointment, and my waits once I got there were very short. The doctor not only was helpful in explaining my acne situation, but he was also very helpful in getting me the prescriptions I need to help it go away. He also shaved off a small growth I had in like, two seconds. No pain. It was glorious.

I cannot recommend this office enough. It is clean, modern, and inviting. The front desk secretary is pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Dr. Heaton was friendly, calm, and efficient. He did such a good job with my procedure that I brought my husband and 10 year old son back a few weeks later for some things they needed to take care of. Im picky when it comes to my childrens healthcare so it says a lot that I trust this office with my kids.

My experience with Dr Heaton and his wonderful staff was excellent! They are always making sure you are comfortable and if we are in need of anything! I had some facial issues that I tried so hard to cover, with little luck. Then Dr Heaton told me he could fix the problem, and low and behold they have disappeared!! Thank you so very much!! They are definitely miracle workers to me.
