Do not use this agency! They called an ambulance for my dad and never informed anyone that he was in the hospital. I had to find out more than 24 hours later from a private nurse that I hired on my own that he was not at his home. It was devastating! They then violated HIPPA by telling people outside of my fathers case about his situation.

The people who take care of my father are unclean, and do not practice good hygiene. My father has received numerous health problems as a result, and no matter how often you try and report back to the office, nothing changes. They keep hiring incompetent people - and it costs everyone in the long run health problems and extra work.

Do not trust this home health agency with your loved ones. They do as they please and are very inconsiderate of their patients. I have personally dealt with this company and had nothing but problems in my time of need.
