I like many of the other users, thought that this dentist was stellar and professional, I thought that the stylish office, and friendly staff, the facial massages and cool music provided the ultimate dental experience. However, these extras DO NOT MAKE UP FOR POOR DENTAL WORK THAT WILL NEED TO BE DONE AGAIN, OR BY ANOTHER DENTIST. I had a crown done three years ago by Dr. Graham, and when I went to another dentist, the dentist showed me that there was a leak in the crown, and the crown that Dr. Graham had done was leaking and poorly done. My other dentist advised me to call Dr. Grahams office and see if they would fix the problem for me. My current dentist said that most crowns are guaranteed for at least five years, and that it was very common for a crown to be fixed if the dentist had done a poor job or if there was a problem with it. When I called Dr. Grahams office, they did not stand behind the work he did for me. They said they would not guarantee the work they had done on me, so now I am $600 out, and have to get another one done. I referred many of my friends to the Dental spa, and I will now begin retracting my referrals. If you want the atmosphere his dental spa provides, I would suggest going to a massage parlor, or coffee shop, keep the dental work to the dentists that will guarantee and stand behind their work for more than two years.

I have been going to Dr. Graham and his staff for almost 10 years now. I cant say enough good things about them. They are thorough, patient, professional and the environment is immaculate to say the least. Very modern and up to date with the latest and greatest technology so the patient gets in and out of there with less pain and headache as possible. Its a dentist office - come on! We dont love going but it is a necessity per say. The least an office can do is make you feel somewhat more comfortable. You will be hard pressed to find a dental office that invests that much and is that devoted to its patience. If ever I had any issues or complications they are very quick to respond trying their best to get me in and resolve my issue as quickly as possible. (Based on reasonable schedule of course). Lastly, every time I come in Im greeted with a genuine smile and appreciation for my business. They worked with me on a occasion or two financially which took a heavy weight off my shoulders. As we all know, any health insurance including Dental just plain shi*%y and leaves a nasty hell of a taste in your mouth. No pun intended. So, to the staff of Sugarhouse Dental Spa, thank you for years of great service and kindness. As long as you guys and I am around and I have teeth, I will continue to grace my presence. Best regards, Patient Edgar Lain

I went to the dental spa for the first time 2 weeks ago, for an exam and a cleaning. I found the building and waiting room to be nice, so I thought I was in for a great experience. I was WRONG.... Upon having my exam, I was informed of a cavity that needed filled. I made an appointment for yesterday, and went to have it filled. While in the chair the dentist started drilling, I winced in pain and said ouch. The Dentist did not care he said teeth hurt. Then he continued drilling for some time, me feeling like he was drilling into my brain. The he stated " you need a root canal, sorry", he filled my tooth with temporary filling that I could have got at Walmart for $2. He then stated that he could not do the root canal, and I would need to go somewhere else. I was upset that he was just doing things without talking to me, so I raised my concern... The dentist responded with "OH SO NOW YOUR UPSET!!!! WELL IF YOU DON’T LIKE OUR SERVICES YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER DENTIST." So Now I am home and the tooth that was just a small cavity to begin with is now a half of a tooth with nasty flakes from the temporary filling flaking in my mouth and I am in Severe pain, when there was no pain to start with. Oh and don’t forget I still have to pay for this hack job. DO NOT GO HERE, I’m warning you.

I never thought Ill ever say this: But I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. The moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. They have all your information ready, there is basically no wait time at all, and they welcome you with a big smile. You really feel that they want to treat you well and make your time at this dentist as positive as possible. The best thing about this: They actually mean it. They are very honest about treating you right. The whole place is infused with good scents and relaxing music. You can get a hot face mask on while they do their work and their chairs have a massage function integrated. I almost felt asleep while the hygienist was do the cleaning. Before the dental work, you get your hands cleaned and soaked in hot wax. When on the chair, you get a light head massage and once completed with the procedure you get another massage and a hot towel. I felt so relaxed. Despite to that, their dental work is really spot on. My teeth looked very clean and white again. They didnt try to sell me any treatments but really stick with what is really needed. The Doctor also took a good amount of time to do the check and it didnt feel rushed. I love this place - this is one of a kind.

I have been Dr. Graham’s patient at The Dental Spa since 2008! He, along with his staff, are the most professional, friendly, and calming group of people I’ve ever come across. We moved away to Chicago for a few years and I dreaded having to find another dentist as I knew that I would NEVER be able to find a dental office like his nor someone I could trust more, and I didn’t. When I had to get a root canal and crown done in Chicago, Dr. Graham was kind enough to review my xrays and give me a second opinion, how’s that for going out of your way for your patients? Thank goodness we returned to SLC as I’m back to being a regular Dental Spa patient! From the smiling faces of the Receptionist and Office Manager who always greet you by name to the gentle cleaning of the hygienist, and a thorough exam by Dr. Graham, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The Spa, with its massaging exam chairs and soothing eye masks that you wear during a cleaning, makes you forget you’re even visiting a dentist. I have always and will always continue to recommend The Dental Spa to everyone.

Going to the dentist is a very scary experience. Especially for a child. My son is only three, so you know the last thing in the world he wants to do is sit in a chair while someone he does not know is working on his teeth. I actually had a friend recommend The Dental Spa for Kids. She said they were great with kids and I should try taking my son there. While it was a little hard to get him in the car, boy was a surprised by the experience. The staff were so kind and welcoming. My son actually seemed to enjoy the experience. I do not think I will have to battle my son to get him to go back to the dentist thanks to this dental office. Thank you so much! Side note: Im also kind of OCD when it comes to cleanness. The staff here do an excellent job of keeping the place spotless!
