The office itself is nice and inviting. Staff is friendly, but if you go to this office for a visit of any sort, do NOT get Dr. Goodwin!!! All she does is scribble down on her piece of paper instead of actually TALKING to you. You cant hardly read her handwriting either, she talks 90 miles per hour, she doesnt listen, she wont stop talking long enough to actually sit and let you voice your concerns. She acts a little snooty if you start to question her judgement. She constantly interrupts you and is quick to jump in and change the subject. She makes us feel like were a complete waste of her time. She wouldnt even look at my daughter (hands on) to see if there was something serious (in the multiple times I had been there). I only got actual answers when I requested to see somebody else other then her, and even then, the staff here couldnt really help my daughter, all they did was hear my concerns and then suggest you go to a specialist. Dont bother going to this place if its for something specific, in our case, some GI issues. Go straight to that specialist before wasting your money here. If its for a simple check up, get well visit, shots or whatever, Id recommend this office for stuff like that, but Im warning you if you do, DO NOT GET DR. GOODWIN! Dont waste your time with her.

I have been going to this office for the past 4 years with all 3 of my kids (4 yr old twins and 2 yr old) and we been to all of the doctors/nurses that work there and all of them are great. I definitely would recommend this office.

Dr. Buchanan is wonderful, we have been seeing him since my daughter was born and she is 15 months now. ♡ Strongly recommend.
