Dr. Sloan was seemingly good, but ended up being awful for my wife and me. Caused her hours and months of agony. Wife had hyperemesis (the most severe type of morning sickness) go undiagnosed and untreated by Sloan. Had to get IVs multiple times and didnt even raise an eyebrow. Made it seem like it was normal. Its only now on the 2nd pregnancy that a different OGBYN diagnosed and treated it. She never made an effort to get to know my wifes struggles even when my wife brought up her agonies multiple times. Though that may be excusable, our experience in delivering is not. We got to the hospital in the early morning and the nurses were instructed not to give my wife an epidural. My wife was in agony for hours and only slightly before Sloan got there did they finally agree to give an epidural. Also coincidentally enough, only JUST when Sloan was starting her hospital shift did they decide that it was finally time to start pushing. Being our first delivery, we had no idea how odd this was until our mother in law stated how odd it was to allow my wife to be in so much agony when they knew she wanted an epidural. The whole experience was bad. After months of suffering, Sloane did not care or try to truly empathise, and also was made to further prolong her extreme suffering on delivery day to conveniently fit in Sloans schedule. We would never recommend her again. She did not truly have our best interest at heart and we almost feel manipulated due to Sloane not doing her due diligence to figure out why my wife had to get IVs during her pregnancy and recommend better options.

Eve Blair is the care provider you dream of when you are preparing to have a child. She helped us have an amazing first natural birth experience but never made us feel like she was anti-hospital/traditional medicine. Love her holistic approach to womens health - considering all the options before writing a prescription but also giving you the best care you need. She is personable, easy-going, and makes you feel very comfortable in an environment that often is cold and awkward. Never rushes through appointments even if shes running late - you feel like you have all the time in the world to ask questions and she goes the extra mile for her patients (even scheduling her vacations so she can be there personally for as many births as possible - who does that??). At the same time, rarely have to wait long to be seen, either in the waiting room or the exam room. The phones are answered by a real human - no aggravating "press 1 for this" chains of messages - and Eve and her nurse return calls promptly. We love her nurses and the receptionists are extremely helpful and efficient. The office is clean and welcoming, and kid-friendly (with some toys if you have to bring your little one). I recommend Eve and Lone Peak OB/GYN to everyone woman I know.

I have been seen at this office for both my second and my third pregnancy and have had a positive experience every time I have been in. The office is clean and kid friendly--they always have toys and suckers, and my kids are always acknowledged and included in conversations when they come to appointments with me. The receptionist remembered me from my second pregnancy and always addresses me by name. I have never had a long wait for an appointment with either of the providers Ive seen, Dr. Carrie Sloan or Eve Blair. I saw Dr. Sloan for my second pregnancy. She was kind and prompt and very knowledgeable and I always felt confident in her abilities and care. When I decided to try a natural birth I chose to see Eve Blair because of having a great appointment with her during my prior pregnancy when Dr. Sloan was out of the office. Eve is always cheerful and positive, she always gives you her attention while you are talking, and she never makes you feel hurried or rushed through appointments. She has such a friendly and compassionate personality that it is easy to feel comfortable with her. I have felt very confident in the care I have received over the years and would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr. Orr and her MA, Kristy are wonderful and easy to work with. At my first visit with Dr. Orr she spent a lot of time with me, gave me several options, answered all of my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a procedure done and felt that Dr. Orr was very skillful and knowledgeable about what she was doing. She walked me through each step and made me feel comfortable. Her MA, Kristy is always easy to get ahold of and responds to messages quickly and is very reliable. She as well is very professional and makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate Dr. Orr working with my tight work schedule to allow for me to do the procedure I needed to do. I would refer anyone to Dr. Orr and look forward to working with her and Kristy in the future to take care of all my needs. Her front desk staff and other MAs are welcoming as well. Thank you and your whole staff for excellent service and professionalism!

Had a wonderful experience here! From the time I walked in the office staff was cheerful, courteous, and friendly. LOVED the bag of new patient gifts I got, I felt very welcome and important. I came the 10 minutes early for paperwork as they requested, and walked in for my appointment right on time. I met with Michelle Grubb and her assistant and they were fantastic. I could tell that they had actually looked at my chart before walking in, and asked about my family, kids, and addressed my concerns. I had an annual exam, and also needed her to fill out paperwork for an adoption homestudy. Michelle was very attentive to my requests, as well as addressing my infertility questions. The whole visit was completely catered to my healthcare needs and I left with all of my questions answered. And as a huge bonus, that was the least painful exam I have ever had- which is a big deal to me!

I see Eve Blair and she is amazing! I transferred to her from another doctor, and she has been such a wonderful midwife! She delivered my first child and was always willing to answer any questions I had. I didnt initially want an epidural and she was very helpful finding alternate ways to handle the pain. After a very long labor, I did end up getting an epidural and she was supportive of that also. I am pregnant with my second child now and she always answers my questions respectfully and professionally, even if it may seem like a silly question. She always helps me understand what is going on and I never feel uncomfortable! They have such an amazing staff and I will stay with this hospital for all my births!

Im a forever patient at Lone Peak OB/GYN. The office staff, nurses, and doctors/midwives are all so kind and pleasant. They are very patient with my busy schedule and are good about returning calls or rescheduling appointments. The office is clean and pleasant and I never have to wait long. Dr. Sloan did an emergency c-section for us several years ago and was wonderful. My scaring is minimal and I truly felt that I was in good hands with her. Since then, I have been a patient of Eve Blair, CNM. She is open and attentive. I have had a wonderful experience with her and would confidently recommend her to anyone that is looking for a caring and objective practitioner.
