Their front office staff is completely rude snooty brats. I tried to look past it but your front desk staff is suppose face of your company. They would flat out ignore me as they sit and finish what ever story they were telling. I would get an eye roll when trying to get there attention. I was also told I could not be given MY childs medical records and I would have to have another doctor send a request form. I even offered to pay since I know some offices require that but they told me no they refuse to give medical records to the clients. With no explanation as to why. I of course as a new mom was iffy about Dr Johnson or any doctor at that. She wasnt bad but she wasnt great either. We never had a problem with her but we also stoped seeing her when my son was 6 months old because we were moving out of state (note why i needed his medical records). Just today speaking with another mom searching for a pediatrician in here area with a more natural aspect and not so judgmental. . I recomend ed Dr Johnson and come to find out shes the one shes trying to get away from. Got severe criticism for co sleeping and nursing during the night. I was shocked because she never did this with me and i did the same thing she was doig, but just shows how Drs can be judgmental towards one person and not the other. I hope they actually read this and relize how rude they are to there clients. Drs get busy but that is no need for bedside manner to go out the window. And with there front office staff I think they all should be fired and they actually look at who they hire and how they treat there patients.

I had a terrible experience starting from the receptionist that gave me and my husband both short answers and talked to me LOUD and S L O W because I have an accent. Thy scheduled my appt a week in advance and later on put someone on our time. My baby was napping and the nurse instead of waiting to wake him up when the doc would come in, she woke him up, undressed him, in a COLD room far from appropriate for a 6 week old, all for us to wait over an hr for the doctor. Then I was told by THEM they would do my babys shots even if his well visit wasnt schedule due to insurance delay, for me to call later on and find out he DID need an appt. They were absolutely unwilling to find me and my baby a solution, even though they seemed to have no problem scheduling someone at the same time my son was schedule. I do not reccomend this place to anyone, if you care for your children and want better people to be responsible for checking their health.

Mostly great just a few bad staff members. I really have enjoyed my visits to Comfort Care Pediatrics. I have seen two of the Drs there and they are very sweet and knowledgeable. I also have seen three of the nurses - Debbie and Rebecca are great! However, the other nurse (Im not sure of her name) was very unsocial and actually measured my daughter incorrectly. Also, the front desk staff - her name is something with an M - Malissa or something like that. She is pretty rude. She has been frustrated multiple times with me for wanting to understand this paper she requires you to sign before they are willing to treat. She also will ignore me when I get there and acts like shes bothered Ive shown up. Im always glad when the other front desk staff personnel is there, she is much more friendly. Its a bummer to be treated so rudely by the front desk because the drs are great!

I would not recommend anybody to try this clinic. There are so many better choices outthere in Utah. If your kids have anything serious pedetricians of Comfort Care Pediatrics will fail to identify what it is (this happened to my daughter this November). If your kids have just a flu it does not make any sense to come either. After three visits they did not find out what is going on with my daughter. After a month in pain we went to other clinic in Salt Lake and we got pretty quickly right dianosis and prescription and she recovered in a week. Nobody from Comfort Care Pediatrics followed up after our visits whether we are alive or dead. The waiting time (with prescheduled appointment) is ridiculuosly long and overal attitude to a patient (a kid) is unfriendly. Its your choice , but it is definetely worth to consider other options.

Doctor sarah Johnson is the best ever!!! She was there for both of my children when they were born and she has always made me feel good. She is very direct and straight to the point but in a very nice way. She explains things so well and so straight forward. She has helped us all out. My husband loves her and so do I! I have never felt so secure and safe with her with my children! Love her!so do my kids. My kids are always excited to see her. She is seriously the best. I also had a better experience with the front desk. In the past I have not. But I jut love sarah and her nurse. We have followed sarah from her last place to here. We will always follow her!

I had an amazing experience with both the office staff and Dr. Fox. I just moved to the Salt Lake area and the office was close to my home. I read other reviews about their front office staff, but I had an amazing experience with both Melissa and Stephanie and they were very inviting and helpful. The office was kid friendly and very CLEAN! I have been to many offices were you are afraid to have your children play with the toys. Also the location is very easy to find and there is a lot of parking, and stroller friendly. Thanks Comfort Care.

My three kids have dr carmack and shes a pretty good doctor and she is so awesome and shes very sweet I would definitely give her a five star. But we had to see dr Johnson when I was at the hospital with my newborn and dr Johnson sat there and made a rude remark about me having three kids and that I need to slow down on having kids. It made me and my husband really upset. I defenitly felt uncomfortable with her. The front desk people make you feel not welcomed or your Interrupting them. They need new front desk people thats my opinion.

Comfort Care Pediatrics goes above and beyond for their patients. My kids have seen all the physicians and they each have their own style. The staff are always very pleasant, helpful and playful with my kids. All the physicians have told me at separate times, that they dont recommend anything they wouldnt do for their own kids. They love kids and love what they do. If your looking for a Pediatrician I would give them a call. They can usually get people an appointment within a few days, which is faster than other clinics I have found.

I LOVE CCP my son has gone there since he was born (5 yrs ago). He sees Dr. Katie McEllegot she makes him feel super comfortable and she LOVES all her patients. I recently sent my niece there and she is terrified of doctors but Dr. Katie made her feel safe. She sat there like a trooper and talked to Katie! When Dr. Katie is not there we have seen the other Drs there and they are awesome too! I highly recommend CCP for any of your childs health needs!!!
