As the dentist, my office sets a goal to have our patients during their dental cleanings schedule 6 months in advance to help them maintain their beautiful smiles. With each appointment comes numerous reminders to allow the patient to confirm that appointment either via text, email and phone calls. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, should you fail to cancel or not show for your appointment, we allow 1 forgiveness and on the second missed appointment we charge a $50 fee. The review in regards to being charges, had missed more than 4 appointments and was reminded at each missed one that there was a $50 fee, as well as the form he signed as a patient stating the $50 fee for missed appointments. As for insurance over payment. It was a minimal credit to their account <$30, when asked if they would like it cut back to them, they said to keep it on the account for future use. When the appointment was missed, the 3rd time, we deducted the $50 from their credit. The father stated that they will go elsewhere for dental care because of this fee, so a check was cut to them that afternoon for their remaining balance. My team and I work very hard to accommodate every patient and to see that their needs are met, and this is why our patients love us. Unfortunately some people cant be pleased no matter how hard you try.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Goeckeritz when the time came for me to get my wisdom teeth pulled. My wife has been going to Dr. G. long before we were ever married, but when, after 28 years, I decided I had enough of the pain, Dr. G took great care to pull all four of imposing teeth - making sure that I was comfortable during what would turn out to be a somewhat complicated pull. When I developed dry socket (horrible, but not Dr. Gs fault) I was seen right away and was soon healed. I just returned for my six month checkup and things are going great. The hygienist and assistants are friendly and the TVs with headphones are a nice touch! I am happy to make the drive from downtown because Falling Creek does such a fantastic job!

Falling Creek Dental has a clean, beautiful office and an amazing staff that is top-notch. Sometimes its just the little things that make the biggest difference. Dr. Chad Goeckeritz is professional, personable, and pays attention to details. His staff (hygienists and assistants) are the most friendly, careful professionals that I’ve experienced. And the office manager could get an award for being so helpful. She helped a poor individual (me) to understand the complicating insurance stuff and went above and beyond expectations to accommodate my situations. The location is also great and easily accessible right off of I-15. My overall experience was phenomenal on all levels. Highly recommended!

Dr. Goeckeritz and his team are awesome! I am a little nervous in the dentist chair, and they made me feel very comfortable. They explain what they are doing, are gentle, but quick, and i appreciated it. I ended up having a root canal on a cracked tooth that another Draper dentist had missed. They made what could have been a very unpleasant experience positive. Dr. Goeckeritz came highly recommended from a neighbor that i trust. You cant go wrong with this team!

We love Dr Geockeritz and his wonderful staff. They are so friendly and do a great job! My kids enjoy getting there teeth cleaned and look forward to the new toothbrush and prizes they get each time. They are great to work with and flexible when we have had to reschedule appointments. I love that they always get us in right away! We love falling creek Dental and would recomend it to anyone looking for a great, close dentist.

The friendliest and most professional Dentist I have ever been to. You can tell Dr. Goeckeritz is very detail oriented in all of his work. The rest of the staff is very humourous and friendly. I am currently getting my teeth straightened with ClearCorrect so I see them at least every 6 weeks. I have nothing but praise and 100% trust in all of their work.

I am the biggest chicken EVER when it comes to the dentist. The staff at Falling Creek is exceptional. They accommodated my every request about managing my anxiety: numbing, nitrous, pre-med with an antianxiety med. Thank you so much for making my experience great! Chad is awesome! Careful of overpaying on 1st Visit !!! After your visit they have you make another appointment in 6 months. After they get paid from insurance they dont refund insurance over-payment. Instead they keep the money and when you dont show in 6 months they charge you $50 bucks as cancellation fee. The Doc was nice...

Dr. Goeckeritz is an amazingly kindhearted dentist who truly loves his work. He is very patient with adults and children. The managing staff, assistants, and hygienists make a great team--many of whom have been with Dr. G since his practice opened in 2009. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Hygentist was very gentle and showed exactly what needed to be done using a high definition camera. Had three fillings with little to no pain.
