They changed my life!!! The staff here is absolutely amazing!! I was rear ended on the freeway and was admitted to physical therapy for mid-back pain. After numerous pain clinics, chiropractic sessions, pain injections, and muscle relaxers, I couldnt get this annoying pain sensation out of my back. Hillary worked some kind of magic on me, twisting, turning, stretching and pulling this pain out of me. She knew exactly where the pain was residing and was insistent on freeing me of this nuisance. Tyler was also very helpful by ensuring the exercises were still working and was constantly checking in on how I was doing. Their aids were also extremely friendly and accommodating. They were attentive to their patients and anticipated their needs. Lastly, Mariah at the front was extremely friendly and always kept tabs on the patients coming in. She remembered the little details about people and was always bringing light to them during times which could be very dark. Everyone here always had a smile on their face and seemed to enjoy doing what they were doing. They made you feel comfortable and like family. I would highly recommend anyone to Mountainland Sandy.

For awhile now I though myself as an unfortunate gout victim, but as those symptoms changed and my ankles kept swelling and hurting, I finally went to a foot doctor who recommended rehabilitation. Mountain Land Physical Therapy listens well to their patience and with great insight and knowledge diagnosis the issue and helps you find the cause of the issue. After minimizing the cause, exercises are given in visit and as take home routines designed to regain the strength structure and mobility lost. Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction better than gout and I am not being treated as to recover and strengthen my ankle to avoid surgery. Quite simple the staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping everyone get the best treatment possible to rehabilitate and prevent the injury from returning. You leave with the full understanding of what is going wrong, why it is going wrong and how to correct it.

Tyler, Zeeann (sorry if I spelled that wrong Zee) and ALL the staff at Mountain Land have been awesome! They are very professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well organized and things run on time. Best of all they have helped me recover from my car accident and I am now feeling better than ever! I really feel like they care about me too. They are friendly and fun to chat with. They listen. I truly enjoy going there. They make you feel comfortable and at home. My daughter was in the same car wreck that I was in but her pediatrician had her go to a different PT. The place she went was fine and they did help her get better physically but she never did get that "part of the family" feeling that they have at Mountain Land. She said she thinks my physical therapy place is better and I agree! I highly recommend Mountain Land.

I have been to Mountain Land Physical Therapy on two occasions - once for an injured knee and once for an injured shoulder. I have worked with both David and Tyler. I have found them both highly competent and professional. In both cases they determined the causes of the problem and guided me through the proper exercises to correct the problems. I have followed the exercise routine carefully. The knee situation is entirely resolved and I am an old guy back to doing my jogging. The shoulder situation is recent and is 85% back to normal. I am happy these folks have been in my life and am convinced of their expertise and the physical therapy approach. Plus, Mariah the office manager is delightful.

I was diagnosed with quadricep tendonitis. I had been limiting my activity for 6+ months and my confidence in getting back to normal activity was low. Mariah is very pleasant and spent time with me on the first call to explain their services and payment options. Dave Butler was my therapist. He has a great bedside manner and on original visit provided a very informative and helpful explanation of the issue and the ASTM treatment. ASTM is not a pleasant procedure but I was in significantly less pain just 2 treatments later and am now back to 90% activity at my Crossfit gym. I hope to never need to return but definitely will if PT is required in the future.

Recently underwent physical therapy over a few weeks and was pleased with the knowledge and efforts put forth by the entire staff at the Sandy office of Mountain Land Physical Therapy. Importantly, I felt there was genuine concern for me getting over the problem that brought me in and developing a program that would strengthen those areas that will hopefully keep it from returning. Physical Therapists Tyler and Hillary are certainly knowledgable and capable of performing, directing and teaching the treatments, stretches and exercises appropriate for specific injuries. The support staff is equally competent and caring.

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a warm and friendly atmosphere starting at the front door with Mariah. She explains everything thoroughly and is very pleasant. ShaunTae is so helpful and makes sure you are doing the exercises properly. I just cant say enough about Tyler. He deals with the patients with great respect and knowledge! As an "older lady" I appreciate his since of humor and caring nature. After dealing with doctors and residents who just state the facts, and are usually gloomy and hurried, this Mountain Land makes a person feel well taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone needing therapy

I was in Utah for a 3 day ski trip and had the misfortune of injuring my knee on my first ski day at Deer Valley. With another two days to go before flying home, I wanted to make sure that the damage wasnt anything too serious so I limped into Mountain Land PT and was given a full evaluation, treatment, and exercises to take home with me. Mariah, at the front desk, was super helpful in looking into and explaining my insurance coverage and making sure that I understood my benefits and all the costs. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was modern and spacious. Highly recommended!

This my second time with Mountain Land Physical Therapy. The first time I was hit by a cart and hurt my rotator cup and my hip. David Butler is a wonderful therapist. He helped me heal and I am so happy so when I tore my Meniscus he recommended a orthopedic doctor to help me with surgery then David was recommended by the orthopedic surgeon to help with my rehab. I want to thank David, Tyler and Carli for my rehab before and presently. I highly recommend Mountain Land Physical Therapy Sandy Office.

Mountain Land in Sandy is a great place for physical therapy. It is an upbeat atmosphere and the staff is great. Dave and Tyler are both fantastic therapists and are very focused on the patients. They spend a lot of time with each person and adjust treatments specific to the individual needs. They are solely focused on helping return to function and achieving specific goals, whether that be by decreasing pain, or increasing flexibility and strength.
