I have been suffering from regular, and excruciating pain in various places in my back, legs, hips, & neck since approximately the birth of my son 12 years ago. The therapist I saw was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with ensuring that I get out of pain. He explained what appeared to be going on with my body and how I got into this awful painful mess in the first place, as well as his strategy for relieving me of my pain. And the things he said actually made sense. Because of his confidence and his knowledge I truly feel that Spooner Physical Therapy is going to help me live a pain-free life again (finally)! I really appreciate the sincerity and genuineness of the therapist I saw. He even modified his schedule so that he can see me at my second appointment because he was that concerned with getting me well again. (I cant remember his name unfortunately.) At this time Ive only had one appointment so Im not pain-free just yet. But thanks to my therapist (who listened to everything I had to say) I too am confident that Ill be pain-free soon! (Seriously cant wait!) The front desk staff was also very courteous and professional and I did not have to wait long to see my therapist. This place gets 5 stars, easy! I will definitely refer my friends and family to Spooner. Thank you, Spooner for your genuine concern, your sincerity, and your professionalism!

I was referred here by my doctor for lower back pain. I called ahead of time to set an appointment and asked how much it was going to cost me. They (Spooner) said they would call me back with the cost after they talked to my insurance company. They called me back saying it was a $60 copay. I went to two appointments and realized it was nothing more than a gym with less equipment. Then, I get a bill in the mail for additional money. Spooned is claiming it was just an estimate of $60 and insurance will not cover any of it. Now I am on the hook for the difference. This is poor business practice. If I go to a restaurant and the menu says a steak is $20, I shouldnt get a bill for $60 when I am done eating. They can charge you whatever they want and you have no recourse. I am glad I only went twice and not once a week for months like they recommended. Beware!!!!

I have really benefited and enjoyed my time at Spooner Physical Therapy. My Physical Therapist, Meredith and her Assistant, Karen have been kind, patient, thorough and wonderful. All of the employees are so kind and friendly. The staff never makes you feel like you or your needs are an imposition in any way. I love that they call me Miss Kathleen. My 10 Sessions with Spooner Physical Therapy resolved the problems I had after a softball injury. Kenny Sargent gave me some initial exercises to see where the problems were and then put me on a sequence of exercises to correct those issues. That included a set of exercises I can do at home. The pain and limitations I had have been resolved. I strongly recommend Spooner Physical Therapy.

Everyone is so pleasant and loves being here. I recommend this location in Goodyear, especially over other PT offices I have used. The PTAs are also really tops also!

What a BS location and service. My appointment was cancelled due to an issue with workmans comp and these idiots didnt even bother telling me until the day of my appointment, WHEN I SHOWED UP! I dont live around the corner and I work nights so I slept only 1 hour only to be disappointed, Thanks!

Staff is pleasant and light-hearted. They really dedicate their time to their clients. Exercises are designed specifically for you to match your progress every step of the way. Very good with scheduling and they schedule out up to 6 weeks.
