Truth Teller
A friend referred me to this office. I called today to make an appointment, the woman who answered the phone Deidre, was rude and unprofessional. She was curt and impatient. She abruptly transferred me to another woman, without any notification. Fortunately, she was far more pleasant than her colleague. If the doctors allow her to speak to and treat patients like this, I wonder how they will treat me during my visit. We will see! Hoping for the best despite this awful first impression!!

Dr. Hibshman is amazing. She is to the point but very easy to talk to and does not rush through your visit. She always allows for lots of question asking and is sure to ask whether you have and questions or concerns.
