I give Dr. Hundley is a great person but she is stuck in the old ways of medicine. What may work for one patient will not work for all. I am 33 weeks pregnant, I explained to her a month ago I interested in essure, and I asked her about the side effects. She then stated aNY procedure you do have side effect but I would recommend it for you. She never asked me do I have allergies to nickel? That their should have been a red flag, to her its only a little nickel and studies does not show problem with it. But she fail to inform me her practice has had complications with it, and many patients had theirs removed. Not only that I being having braxton hicks every hour I called the call center line, she brushed me off and said its normal. I would rather her to ask more questions about my symptoms and evaluate me then say its normal. I called her colleague Dr Gyue, she is amazing she asked all the right questions, she had me to come in the next day, she found out I had yeast infection and it stopped my braxton hicks. Dr. Gyue gets a 5 star in my book, she may not know alot but she is willing to let you know she will find out. The front staff needs more improvement, no one knows anything. I made an appointment last Wednesday for Dr. Gyue I also called Monday to confirm my appointment was told Wednesday at 3:15pm. I drove 30 minutes away, was told let me see if she can squeeze you, then told a lie 5 minutes later she is not in.

Medical personnel were fine, polite and courteous. However the front desk staff is horrid. They coded my bill wrong what was supposed to be a preventive routine exam was billed as a problem exam, which my insurance did not cover. I was sent 3 bills from 3 different places and none of them matched up with each other. Upon calling and speaking to the front desk staff I found out that what they submitted to insurance was different from what they submitted to the lab and then they charged me a problem exam fee. All of it totaled to about $300. I came in for a yearly physical and I made it very clear from the beginning. I understand people make mistakes but to make that many sets off some red flags. Their unwillingness to work out errors on their end (they continually referred me to different departments and insisted my insurance company was at fault for their miscode) and unapologetic attitude really bothered me. If you make a mistake, own up to it and figure out what to do to fix it, at least apologize for the inconvenience. Unless you have a lot of time on your hand and extensive knowledge of billing codes, I wouldnt recommend coming here just for the fact that youre going to be dealing with the billing for weeks.

I love everyone in this practice. Dr. Hundley has delivered 2 of my babies and it has been great. She is caring of her patients.... Alyssa and Sandra are great to I admire they because the work they all do is with love Dr. Gueye is pretty amazing too. The front desk staff an medical assistants are pretty good and caring as well. I don`t know how people say they are rude they might look like that but they are not... the office is a very busy office and the front desk are just hard at work kudos to this Practice ever since I moved from NJ in 2010 they have been by OB/GYN and I am greatful!!!!!!

I came in for an annual exam and asked Linda a question about hormone replacement therapy; she gave me a prescription, I told her I wasnt even sure Id do it and decided not to because its so expensive. The visit for insurance purposes was coded as a "low to moderate problem" because of this question and I was invoiced $78. If itd been coded as an annual, my insurance would have paid for all of it. Hmmm. Dont ask a question! Otherwise, Linda was very nice, staff were fine.

After going here from the beginning of my pregnancy I was very impressed... Not only friendly but professional every staff member was ... Doctor Hundley delivered my baby on 12/21/16 and Im greatful to her and how knowledgeable and professional she is .. She made the right decision for me as a patient and care about the welfare of me and my baby ... Im so blessed to have her delivery my baby and I would do it all over again without changing a thing .
