I wish there were negative stars for this facility!!! What a mess!!! I wish I would have done more research on this office before transferring. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I do not usually write reviews, but was compelled after the treatment I received from this office. I recently moved into the area and needed a PCP. My initial visit was OK,...I thought. I signed paperwork to have my medical records transferred and made a follow-up appointment. I had a gut feel that my paperwork was not in order so I called to verify to learn they had "lost" my paperwork. Then spent several weeks trying to work with them to ensure the files were transferred. When I showed up to my appointment, I learned they did NOT receive my paperwork. Further, I was told that I would have to see another medical provider to obtain the treatment I need even though I was told the opposite on my first visit. It was also delivered in a VERY demoralizing fashion! So I am not at about a month with a gap in medication, wasted leave from work, and starting from scratch. So very frustrating!! I hope this serves as a warning to future patients!

My family and I have been happy patients with Dr. Hwang since 2007. We have always been treated with respect and friendliness. Imagine taking two young children to the doctors office. But with Dr. Hwang my children are always excited to see him. The office is clean and well maintained. The office workers are polite and attentive. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Hwang about all my concerns and he treats each concern with equal importance. I am so happy with the practice that my husband and ex-husband are now also patients of Dr. Hwang.

I wish I could give a negative star! Ive been a patient at SRFM for over 10 years and I have given this practice chance after change to get it right and each time it fails! the drs there are the worst! Each time I come here ill arrive at 10-15 before my appointment time and then wont be seen for an 30-40 minutes. Please dont came here the Drs are very rude and unprofessional so is the front desk staff!

Not sure why there are negative reviews. Its a doctors office, sometimes you have to wait. When I called in for the first time, they gave me their first available time slot which was at the end of the day. He didnt rush our appointment and even had to stay a few minutes late. I would definitely recommend.

SRFM and now Stone Springs Family medicine has been my go-to for more than a decade. They take great care of us and we LOVE the new office. Dr. Hwang is the best.
