Poor and horrible customer service. You walk in and no one cares to greet you or acknowledge your existence. I went with my wife and saw some young associate (Latino) wearing glasses dealing with a customer in the middle island in the store. Another associate helping someone in the back. So I walked around and browsed some frames. Two min later one of the associate finishes with a customer. Now instead of coming over and asking how may I help you he walks away like he is tired and frustrated. Which you could clearly notice from his face gesture. Within another min a customer walks in and goes up to the back desk and then this associate comes out and says welcome and how may I help you? So Im looking at my wife in a disbelieve as to what do we have to do in order to get some assistance. So I asked the associate who was sitting in the middle island if there is a sign in sheet, his response is that yes go over there, which then I stated you should tell that to your customers walking in or multi task and say I acknowledge you in the store and Ill be with you momentarily. But he says you never asked me lol. What a disgrace customer service. Its a joke. I go in he back and stand in line. I started telling my wife about the service and the lady who was after me being helped apologized for taking our space. I said no its not you. We are all customers but the service here is terrible. Anyhow come to know it there is no sign in sheet. The latino sales associate with big black glasses was lying. Save yourself time and have someone professional help you at other places. I should have listened to my friend and gone to the Ashburn location. Regardless if our insurance or if we have to pay for the goods, doesnt mean you treat us like crap.

Probably the worst experience I have had with an optometry company. Hannah, one of the associates there, is extremely incompetent and rude. She has no sense or care in her work or the customers that she deals with. I have to say, she probably gets almost every piece of information wrong with customers when dealing with crucial and vital information. She couldn’t spell or get any of my information right and was being rude when overtime I had to repeat myself with the correct information. The establishment itself is noteworthy of having extremely bad customer service. If you want quality service and your eyes checked out the right way, I would advise you go somewhere else.

My family and I have gotten out glasses here for years. Tried other places and they were awful. While some associates are more responsive than others, we have never had a problem. We also purchased warranties for all pairs of glasses and never had any problems when replacements or fixes were needed. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

bought glasses with around 500 $ , less than a year handle was broken without any pressure , i took care of my glasses every day , i went there they said they dont have any warranty on it , No recommend this place to anybody . I also have glasses that bought 5 years ago with 50 $ , still works !
