Awful customer service. Tried numerous times to get my mother an appointment and was hung up on, put on lengthy waits, given mis/disinsformation, etc. My mothers referring doctor experienced the same treatment. I understand Dr. Bhatti is a great doctor, but his reception staff is awful. We made appointment with another pain specialist.

Very lengthy wait time to be seen. People where seen that showed up hours after me before me. Office staff ignores you and when you ask a question they seem annoyed. Dr.Bhatti is ok but doesnt listen to anything you suggest. Will be going elsewhere.

Long wait,bed side matter leaves a lot more questions than answers.staff is ok dr dont listen to any thing you have to say. I will not return.
