Jay Tyroler has been my doctor since 1995. I adore this man & his skills. He kept my Dad living 3 years longer then the physicians in Michigan gave him. As far as the staff is concerned, I say "Treat people the way you want to be treated." These people are Not your "servants" & Ive seen many irritable patients come in the door with "attitudes" that Ive taken it upon myself to say something to them about it. Its Never good to be nasty to people no matter what their walk of life. Members of Dr. Tyrolers staff had also visited my father when he was in the Hospital. They didnt have to do that, but they did it out of respect & concern for us both. When you treat people kindly. they often reciprocate. No-body is going to prevent me from seeing one of the Best Doctors on the Planet! Check you-own attitude & stop sweating the "small" stuff! Sandi Daniels

I been coming to this practice since I was 18 and I have known the doctor and staff previously before hand. Many of the staff has come and gone over the years but a good core of doctors and nurses are still there. I never find them not wanting to help out or act poorly in front of patients. That being said I have seen patients treat the staff very very poorly. I have sat in the waiting room hearing them complain about having to fill out forms. I havent gone to a doctors office that doesnt make you fill out forms. I am not sure why people would think Dr. Tyrolers practice with be any different. So in looking at the reviews I can tell the people who are writing them just seem to be complaining because they can. And they are not in the majority of the practice. More of the minority if you ask me.

I loved Dr. Tyroler but the staff drived me out of there. They are rude and act like they dont want you there. Dr. Tyroler had referred me once to another MD for a second opinion and then the staff charged me to make copies of my medical records to bring to that doctor. They wouldnt give medical records to me, ony to the new doctor. Unfortunately, great doctor being brought down by the staff.

Pleasant physician and nurses but not good enough to stay after nasty treatment by head staff member.
