Dr Ferguson is an excellent Dr. My husband and I have been with Dr Ferguson for over 19 years. There has been times where we waited past our appt time, though he spent the same amount of time with us if not more. He never rushes his patients and cares about each and every person. We will be with Dr Ferguson for the rest of our lives bc of his mannerism towards us. He is truly the BEST Dr in Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area. His staff has changed to the utmost best. Very impressed with his staff. Nice job Prime Care for finally getting it right and aiding Dr Ferguson the staff he needs to make his business run the way it should, smoothly T&T Warda 12/5/2016

Dr. Ferguson is wonderful!! I would highly recommend him. He listens to every patient, takes what you say seriously and considers everything, coordinates with other doctors well. He gives excellent referrals, explains lab results to you and will answer any questions in an accessible, but not condescending manner, which is what I love about him -- that said, he does this for every patient so it does take a long time. Be prepared to be in his office for a while. Bring a book or something. In my person opinion, it is totally worth it. Ill wait for phenomenal care any day.

Doctor is great, booking not so. Dr Ferguson is a great listener and great doctor. Would be 5* if just based on him. Long story short, I needed a follow up, left a message for the receptionist. They booked an appt for me but never called me to tell me. Labor day weekend (Saturday) they called my work and left a message reminding me. Come Monday once back to work, I get the message, followed by a bill in the mail for $50 missed appointment...
