My husband and I have been going here for 3 years but no more! Staff/Doctors do not follow up and are completely overwhelmed. You cant even get them on the phone to make an appointment so I end up going in person to make an appointment. They encouraged me to use their in house lab for blood work but never told me it costs more than going to Lab Corp. On top of that the lady was so bad at drawing blood that my arm was completely bruised. On my last appointment the doctor spent 90% of the time with me reviewing information I had previously given her, 5% of time for new issues, and then she actually did the physical exam in all of about 30 seconds! This past year I was a few days past my yearly exam date and they refused to refill any of my prescriptions! This caused me to go into withdrawal on a medication I have been on for 15 years. Originally went to her for her so-called speciality (hormone issues) but she is not knowledgeable and would always say she had to check with the compounding pharmacist before she could give me any answers.

Years ago when I lived in Fredericksburg I had yet to acquire a Primary Care Physician when I had a kidney stone attack and had to visit a clinic. After a less than satisfactory visit there the clinic arranged for me to visit Dr. Villalobos for a follow up. Admittedly I was skeptical of any doctor I didnt choose myself, but I figured what the heck, give her a try. What a good decision! Dr. Villalobos turned out to be knowledgeable, caring and willing to give time to me for any problem, medical and less so. I found her very interested in the whole health of her patients and willing to listen at length to any issues I wished to discuss. Really of all the things I miss about Fredericksburg, the care of Dr. Villalobos ranks at the top. If you are looking for a physician, do yourself the favor of seeking her services. You will not regret it.
