I am 59 years old ,so I have seen a lot of doctors. Never, EVER have I walked out of a doctors office without even seeing the doctor UNTIL TODAY!!! The office staff was very unprofessional. They incorrectly read my insurance card, took my money, then told me I couldnt see the doctor because I did not have the proper referral form. I called my doctors office and they were instructed to look at my insurance card again. I was NOT a PPO patient. They were rude to the woman from my doctors office. They then said to me, "WELL, your card is either". No APOLOGY!!! Then after waiting 45 minutes these other patients in the waiting room saw I was not happy . They asked me what time my appointment was. I responded 11:30, but I was told to come early and do the paper work and perhaps they could squeeze me in a little before.I told them I had a 1:30 ophthalmology 15 minutes down the road. At 12:00 I was put in a small room and told to wait for the doctor. Then someone burst into the room and said ," You told these ladies you did not have an appointment. Come out here and talk to them. They are angry you were given a room. In all my life , I have never been so poorly treated. They could have shown these woman the computer screen validating my appointment. They were encouraging me to argue with these woman. I went to the cashier. Got my money and LEFT!!!!!! I will never go back and neither should YOU!!!!!

I have gone to this doctor a few times and each time I say I will never go back. I have only gone 3 times because I have been to lazy to find another doctor. This office is ALWAYS running atleast one hour late! The doctor is scary old and has no bedside manner. The cancelation policy is too stern and the office in general is really old. I will not be returning to his office again I promise. I am on the net now shopping for a different doctor.

I went there for convenience as my main dr is at FCMS. Not a good doctor. He should retire... His age hinders his ability to help people... He wasnt able to see the problem area of my skin well and had the shakes real bad. He didnt seem concerned with my wellbeing. Poor cancellation policies and he is too busy. Go on Vitals and find a better choice.

While being held late for more than an hour I was told that there were several patients still in front of me. When I asked if they couldhave informed me at the time I arrived, I was told that they had no control over the schedule. Completely unconscious when it comes to communicating with their patients...well, former patients.

Only doctor in whole metro area that tested for a fungal infection and found what was wrong with me. He referred me to Johns Hopkins for treatment of a rare fungus. Finally I had an answer as to what was wrong. I had previously been to several "top doctors " in the area, but none of them knew what was wrong .

Dont waste your time, just because the DR is old dont mean they have an experience. I agree with most other re iews regarding this office. Just wish I had seen them before
