Received my initial melanoma diagnosis with Dr. Neal. His bedside manner and patient care was HORRENDOUS. I changed doctors even when further surgery was required because his client care was so horrible. Im active-duty military with no family in the area and had to deal with this diagnosis alone and he made ZERO effort to empathize with my concerns. I would not recommend Dr. Neal to anyone for any reason.

I went for my appt that took a whole 10 minutes . My concerns on my skin and skin on my ear have been going on for 6 month he took 10 min. Prescribed me some creams was vague didnt really check me throughly nor i felt he cared about how i felt his nurse sounds miserable being a middle man. I would not recommend this dermatologist not even to a baboon.

Dr. Neal and his staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They treated my daughter and were very gentle and kind. He is the only dermatologist I trust with my family and I highly recommend him and his office for any issues with your skin. -Very down to earth environment and made my family feel comfortable. Nice enough doctor and staff, but very inconvenient with scheduling. Very tight availalibity, so you will get an appointment several weeks in the future, then be called to re-schedule that appointment the day before. Good luck getting your skin condition taken care of anytime this calendar year.

Went in with concerns about cystic acne. My consultation lasted only two minutes where I was prescribed a topical medication (turned out it didnt work). I was not impressed with the attention given and have since moved to a different dermatologist.

Dr. Neal, is a tremendous dermatologist. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He continues to come up with innovative procedures. I went in for severe adult acne and Dr. Neal has treated me over 5 years. I would highly recommend.
