This office gets 0 stars. The health department should look into the nasty practices of this place. I went there to have a fast growing growth looked at on my back. The nurse prac. came in, I told her the problem and turned around to show her. I felt a sharp pain in my back and realized she had PICKED IT OFF WITH HER BARE FINGERNAIL! NO GLOVES, NO WASHING HANDS, NOTHING. I told her she needed to get some gloves on. She did but never touched me again. When she left the room, she took her gloves off still never washed her hands and left me with blood running down my back. The nurse came in and I asked her if blood was running down my back and told her what had happened. She grabbed some gaze, and again, no gloves, no hand washing and wiped the blood off. It was crazy. I asked that they biopsy the area. After having words about that, it was done. When I checked out, they forgot to give me the instructions on after care and how to get the results of the test. I was so upset about the situation it was Tuesday before I called the office manager to tell her what happened and asked for the aftercare instructions. It was a week later before I got them. To top everything off, they are now calling me and bugging me for some payment. Boggles the mind really. If you value your health, do not go here. I may have ended up with something that wont even show up for 20 years not to mention the patients that were seen after me. Even it she used hand sanitizer it would not have cleaned the blood UNDER HER FINGERNAIL!!

I saw the nurse practitioner for a skin issue. She was very rude and inconsiderate! She also didnt seem to care to listen what I was saying or asking despite being very upset. She was also quite aggressive when looking at the areas on my arms and legs despite me saying they were very sensitive and painful. The office staff is not organized and has no consideration to get patients checked out promptly! My calls have not been returned in addition to still waiting for biopsy results ( which was an awful experience). They also called in medication for me which I found out by a call from the pharmacy... However I have no idea what the meds are for or any diagnosis. Consider another office if you have options

My daughter and I went to see Dr. Berger. He was very thorough and professional. He was trained at John Hopkins, and it showed.
