I recently received a call to go get annual lab work done. At the same time, I had called in a prescription rewrite for Zocor and Claritin. First, the nurse implied that the prescription would not be filled unless I did the lab work. When I objected, she told me they would fill it. Then, when I finally got the prescription (on the same day I went to the lab, I might add), it was for less pills, with no refill. Now I get to go back in 60 days for another Zocor, and 90 days for more Claritin. If someone who is not active duty, a person with small children, or a hospital employee (i.e., the lowest priority ticket, served dead last) has ever had good experiences with the pharmacy, please feel free to comment. I personally have not. I guess my time is not as important as anyone elses. Its just that I do not want to die of old age sitting in the waiting room of the pharmacy, waiting for my number to finally be called. Where I come from, this business of holding out on prescriptions, or not filling the prescription completely, is called extortion. I think extortion is illegal. Morally, to withhold needed drugs to get someone to come in for whatever is low rent. I certainly hope the doctors and nurses at MacDonald arent teaching their kids to deal with life this way. If so, they are raising a bunch of potential convicts. (Im only pressing one star because I cant send the message with pressing something. This is truly a "no star" review.

Before this week I had never had a bad experience here. I hate going to the doctor and avoid it at all costs. However, this week my husband was diagnosed with Strep Throat and then shortly after I started feeling awful as well. I went in right as I started experiencing symptoms to hopefully catch something early and the doctor completely dismissed my concerns, was rude, gave me cough drops and said nothing was wrong.. really? Come the next 2 days after being seen and now Im in a lot of pain as things have gotten worse. I made another appointment per the advice of the nurse I spoke with on the Nurse Advice Line. I got a call before my appointment from someone telling me that it was unnecessary for me to come to my appointment because nothing was wrong and I was wasting their time. I have never been treated SO poorly by medical professionals! Shame on all of you for making your patients feel like their medical concerns are not valid and being downright RUDE! I since went to a different doctor and have been given medicine that is helping for what is going on. Extremely disappointed with the service that I received at this facility.

Worst experience in a medical facility by far. First my doctor (Mcglone) was rude as hell by making unnecessary comments to me that is none of her business. Then telling me i cant take certain medicines that i am taking if i get pregnant when i already know that and i had no intentions of getting pregnant at the time and still do not. Than she does not put in my birth control into the system so i was not able to pick it up till i talked to her again. Than when i call the people at the front desk on the 3rd floor had a rude tone and seemed agitated with my request to speak to my doctors nurse by asking why do you want to speak to her and when i tell her that the nurse left me a message to call her she asks what for and when she called me. This is defently uncalled for because i know by HIPPA regulations someone at the front desk should not be asking why you need to speak to a nurse. I will not be coming back and taking my records else where.
