Customer service is extremely rude and unreliable. I called to get my flu shot records for my employer. First of all I was on hold for 45min and the lady hung up on me. I called back and she told me the record will be mailed to my address. 9days later I called, just to find out there is nothing indicating the records were requested. Am just disgusted. I love my doctor but I cant deal with the people he works with. I am a Medstar employee and this is very disappointing for an organization am proud to work with. I will never treat my patient this way. Most of you need better work ethics. Beyond disappointed

It doesnt matter what time of day you call, you need to set aside a good hour or more because they will either let the phone ring incessantly, or they will pick up the phone and then put you on hold for hours. Also, forget what hours are listed for operation. I just tried to call and although it says they are open until 4:30 PM, it is only 3:32 and the recording says the office is closed. Typical.

The customer service is hard to reach and the ones that picked up the phone are really unprofessional in dealing with people. Tried setting an appointment and was not successfull through the phone. After several times in days I set up a two month appointment and it was agian post ponded when I was left with only three days. The customer service is so terribly bad and rude! Am angry still.

There has to be a better way to reach the doctors office than the main customer service number. I tried for 2 weeks to get a prescription filled. The pharmacists also tried to get through with no success. You leave messages, talk to the customer service reps and still you wait. I guess I all have to make the commute to the doctors office to get the prescription filled.

The service was horrendous. I had an appointment to see Dr Ghebrab, which they cancelled while I was already in the waiting room. The woman with the nails and all the jewelry tried to reschedule me two months ahead. I wont be back. There are LOTS of other options. I just hope Dr Ghebrab comes to realize how poorly his staff reflects...

Which I could give 0 stars. Rude staff, long phone holds, promised calls that are never returned, excuses, excuses when you actually drive down to make your appointments, . Getting appointments even for prenatal visits is a disaster. Fire the entire front staff and manager who doesnt care. Med Crap

My physician is good but it is difficult to get an acute appointment or any other appointment for that matter. Do not choose this place if you want somewhere that has same day sick appointments because they are non-existent at MedStar Mitchellville. You are better off going to urgent care.

The front desk personnel are unprofessional and their customer service skills are severely lacking. Doctor and nurse personnel are fine you just have to put up with the unprofessionalism from the staff unfront.
