Ni Limit

If I could warn just one person with this review, I would be very HAPPY. I wouldnt want anyone to experience this place if they dont have to. I give them one star because I appreciate that they keep up with technology by texting appointment times and reminders but everything after that is downhill and I mean EVERYTHING. The women who work the from desk are rude and uninviting and some of the doctors dont speak English very well so half the time you have no idea what they are talking about. If you have children who are not fans of the dentist RUN dont walk from this place. They would not allow me to sit with my child through her procedure because of "patient privacy"which really means they are TOO CHEAP to provide walls separating each chair station or rooms for each patient. They also never provide a new toothbrush to patients during your visit or little prizes to children who have to deal with their non-child friendly atmosphere. No a toothbrush or small prize is not a reason to not take your child here but the whole experience adds up to unpleasant. We have moved on to another dentist.

I was incredibly nervous about even calling a dentist as I had put it off too long and now was in pain. The very first person I spoke to on the phone helped me feel better by being so kind. Everyone I interacted with in this office continued to be so nice and professional including the front office staff, hygenists and the dentist. They really cared and repeatedly made major efforts to help me feel comfortable. They all did a very professional job and I am referring family and friends to them.

It seems they changed dentists. My family and I went to the dentist for about 4 or 5 years with no problems. All of a sudden, we got a new dentist who found something wrong with each of us, i.e., cavities, moving/weak teeth, etc. And, of course, its always THOUSANDS of $$$ to fix - even with insurance...smh! We move to another dentist and, once again, get clean bills of health every 6 months!!! Get a second opinion of the dentists at Dental One suggest major, i.e., EXPENSIVE, dental work!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Ahmad very nice and made me feel welcome. The "x-ray" experience was terrible. The worst I ever experienced. My mouth sore today. Either the x-ray or the mold experience - not sure but had to use ambersol and a pain killer. I was there quite a while and not sure if they realized it but I was left alone for long periods often. Not a good feeling. First visit. Lets see what happens next time.

I would never recommend dental one to nobody been almost 6 month still no temp teeth I want my money back that was paid for temp teeth I have neva got Im going somewhere else and jackie the manager is a liar she told my husband and me to our face that we would have a year to pay 800 dollars to carecredit with no interstitial I just found out today she only submitted it for 6 month what a liar and I want my money back.

I hadnt been to the dentist since I was 11 years old, and I was terrified to go back. As soon as I walked in the office I was immediately at ease. Everyone I dealt with was absolutely wonderful and they really made me comfortable. They ended up pulling out a wisdom tooth and filling another one just to give me relief of my toothache. I wold recommend this office to anyone that wants a great experience.

As more appointments progressed,I experienced more pain,communication between myself and Dr Ahmed has become not existant. This Dr. Ahmend expects me to accept his Dental work that does not fit me correctly, I have paid him and them some. I have asked for my money back so I can go to another dentist.I have filed a claim with insurance company..still waiting.

We went to this dentist for 10 years with no issues. It seems like they have recently changed management and the experience has gone downhill. Still dealing with a billing issue (that they swear is on their end, but they keep on sending me a bill). Ive moved on to a new dentist and couldnt be happier.

Gave me the runaround when I had impacted wisdom teeth. Then sent me to a dental surgeon who demanded $750 before even speaking with me. I ended up leaving both practices in pain and had to go to a completely different establishment.
