Dr. MOTLEY is a sweet and caring Dr. ,Yes, sometimes she can come across different and make you question what your saying or talking about...But she is very good with my Daughter and my daughter loves her.. she listens to what shes saying and is always kind and makes my daughter feel better..and the staff is very kind, they make you feel at home.. so if your looking for a caring Dr. That puts your child first Dr.Vicki Motley is the Doctor you want

Very rude and unorganized. Mixes up medical records often. The nurses aid other staff member are great they are the reason I took my kids there for so long. Vicky. herself is rude and will belittle you if your question doesnt match her textbook answer. Recite answers like shes reading from a textbook and doesnt use common sense her people skills suck. Wait time are abnormally long often over crowed.

My son is four and I have never had a problem here at Dr. Motleys. She fits me in no problem, her wait time isnt too crazy( she has taken a lot of Dr.Stiffs old patients so wait time can be an issue for some ppl I guess)prior to that I was in and out! She is FAST and Very Efficient! She listens and respects my opinion. Her team is WONDERFUL friendly and efficient.
