Horrible experience. Transfer your child immediately to Childrens Clinic or somewhere else. They almost gave my grand-daughter the wrong shots and then questioned her age when we brought it to their attention. They refuse to send shot records to the new Drs office. Just because they are affiliated to CHKD in no way means they are a great place to bring your child. The wait for each of her appointments was minimum of 2 hour wait except for her very first well-baby newborn appointment which was a 45 minute wait. Please do not bring your child here.

Cant even get an appointment because of some paper work that has to filled out first that was suppose to be mailed to my house and never made it.. they close their phones down at 4pm when the office machine and website says 5pm.. there website is horrible and the one receptionist I did speak too was rude like I knew there was paper work to be filled out before I even made an appointment I thought that was given to you at the office.. they just turned me away...

The doctor asked me not oncr but TWICE if I did narcotics while pregnant with my only child. Ive never done drugs in my life and I hate the taste of alcohol (never done while pregnant). Seriously, what person in their right mind would do drugs while pregnant. My child was born with heart issues with which there is no known cause being that Im healthy. Being that Im an AA i felt very offended and my child would not be going back to this back end pediatrics

Triage nurse snapped at me on the phone. Lack of communication between doctor and patient. Having one issue and doctor refers us for a completely different issue that we dont have. Doctor refuses to acknowledge a genetic disorder that runs in the family. Referred us to a geneticist that knew nothing about the disorder and dismissed us completely. This practice and CHKD in general, is a nightmare. Already switched doctors. BYE!

people behind tge desk dont know what their doing and loose everything. they hot mad at me today because i didnt get a message saying they were changing his appointment and acted like i HAD to have seen it. after the call i noticed they left a voicemail in the past. but i never check voicemail. the doctor however and nurse staff are amazing and i do like them.

Very Dissapointing how horrible their scheduling is, I cant even get my 2 children in, with no vaccines needed, for a school physical. Very rude Receptionists/Staff that I have had to speak with, will now be definitley changing doctors.

Waited way longer than scheduled appointment time. LPN was very rude and not engaging. Will be looking for a different pediatric facility.
