The billing and coding department is THE WORST! Maybe its the nurse and doctors... Multiple surprise little charges are always appearing and not covered by my insurance on every visit. Every talk, consulting, recommendation, questionnaire received is suspected of being billed. They are practicing a scam to squeeze more money from the patients... We have lived in multiple States and never had issues with my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield federal, not covering everything but the copay. YOU can find better elsewhere.

I have to say this has been almost the worst experience possible. Kelly one of the pediatricians at this practice is probably one of the worst doctors I have encountered. Her bedside Manor is atrocious and borderline abusive. If you dont mind having your child and wife submitted to a borage of unnecessary tests and excessive appointments and treatments than this place is for you. The auxiliary staff nurses etc arent much better. Please if you care about your family take them somewhere else.

The doctors and most of the staff are kind and professional. They treat my daughter well, which is their purpose... One horribly rude lactation nurse and receptionist in the Mount Joy office make rude, unnecessary comments that make the overall experience with the practice unsavory. Hard to get out of there without a snide comment from either of them.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful! The lactation consultant was great to work with following the birth of my first child. They schedule well, and I have never had to wait long which is great with a young child. The nurses and doctors are friendly and great at answering any questions you may have. They are also great with the kids.

They are very good at the medical side of the business but their billing department is horrible. We have been using them for 6 months and they have made multiple billing mistakes. Their billing statements are confusing.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is very good about scheduling appointments and I love the walk-in hours they have in the morning when my son is sick.
