They misdiagnosed my toddler three times this year. On our last well-check visit, they tried to tell me that my son may have Autism because hes shy around other children. They then proceeded to charge me for the Autism screening form that I filled out. They charged $16.00 for this screening questionnaire. There were 20 questions on these two pieces of paper. I answered No to one of the 20 questions so they want to refer me to a Autism specialist. What a crock of s*#t. This is how the health care industry scams you out of your money. This is why all of our kids are diagnosed of something and drugged up. Now Im in a battle with LGH to take this obscene charge off my bill because my insurance company wont pay for it. In the same visit I asked about allergy screening because my son was displaying symptoms. The doctor was reluctant to refer him to a specialist because she thought it was probably nothing. Of course, I took my son and found out that he does, in fact, have allergies. Point being, dont always trust your doctor. Research it yourself and go with your instincts. Doctors do not know everything, and if youre feeling that something is not right, it probably isnt. Roseville Pediatrics is full of incompetent doctors. Find another place to take your child. They shouldnt be trusted with your childs health. This was not one incident, this was one incident out of many.

Weve been taking our children here for over 2 years. My younger child is a "frequent flyer" here, so we are at the office a lot. It has alwats been very easy to schedule routine and same day sick appointments. The staff and nurses are top notch, always kind, professional and caring. Once, during a very long visit, the nurse brought my then 2 year old animal crackers and water to help keep him occupied. I have found most of the doctors err on the side of caution when diagnosing and treating respiratory and ear infections. They listen to concerns and provide reasonable and clear explanations. I really only have two complaints. The first is that certain providers have a habit of running well behind schedule. However, those are the providers who usually spend more time with the patients and are very thorough with exams. The other is that they admit to LGH if the child needs to be hospitalized. In my experience, LGHs in-patient pediatric unit is subpar. All in all, we have been very pleased with the care our children have received at Roseville.

The staff is great, my daughter had lab work and the doctor called us late at night to give us the results instead of waiting until the next morning.
