With the exception of Dr. Vollmar and Dr. Trost, I normally had negative experiences. Doctors would not listen to me on many occasions. I repeatedly came back physically ill for several months requesting further tests and exams, which they denied. Last doctor I had, Dr. Gerstein, yelled at me, completely unprovoked, ordered an MRI while grumbling, and proceeded to charge me $90, after he lost control of himself. 15 year patient, never coming back.

Terrible let down. After years of attending this practice I was treated very poorly. When I brought my concerns to the doctor himself, he dismissed me with a "too bad, cant do anything" response. His billing secretary, Lisa, is extremely rude. Id rather visit an urgent care than ever set foot in one of these offices again. By the way, Dr. Vafeas is the only saving grace of this practice. She is an excellent doctor who cares. I will miss her.

Hazbun is horrible. He doesnt listen to anything i say i always have to repeat myself to him. Dr gerstein is the one reliable doctor here

Its very dirty and theyre unprofessional. Ive gone to dr. Steve since I was a kid but my child will not be a patient there.
