To start, Dr. Vafea at the Leola office was wonderful. However, I wont even rely on this office for a head cold. As the receptionist was scanning in my insurance info (which took at least five minutes) she ignored the ringing phone, then just picked it up and put it down. Behind the desk were disheveled boxes and papers in piles, which made me wonder about the organization of my personal records. I was taken in a timely manner, but then the nurse took me to a room with another patient to do my intake. Hello! HIPPA?! Then she pretended to take my blood pressure (she wasnt even close to my brachial artery over a sweatshirt). Anyway, Dr. Vafea came in and was great. She ordered a urine sample. When placing the sample in the box, the box FELL OUT of the wall! In all I was there for an hour and a half (I was the 2nd appointment of the day) for a maintenance med check. Just...wow.

I have had two different Doctors here both of which did pretty much nothing for my multiple chronic illnesses. I rarely feel like they take the time to talk to me and becasue I am a minor and having severe chronic pain, they treat me like a drug seeker and deny me medications all the time. I always have to go to specialists to get any medications or treatments because they dont take me seriously. I am trying one more appointment then I am done with them. I should not be suffering like this and ready to die at 17 years old due to Endometriosis, Interstitial cystitis, pudendal nerve damage and PTSD. (which can be managed) - The nurses there are lovely and all very good at administering shots. This would be a good place to go for vaccination, common/minor illnesses or injuries.

Called to make an appointment for my 5 year old, was told by the receptionist that they dont make "my type of appointment" in the evening which best works for my hectic work schedule. Asked if I could see a particular doctor at another office since they "wouldnt schedule my type of appointment" and the woman I spoke to told me to call the office directly myself because she was really tied up at the moment, makes me believe this office is solely about a dollar sign rather than true patient care, it was extremely inconsiderate, and felt like I was just blown off while trying to address a concern with my child. I really dont recommend this place if youre looking for a place that truly takes your care seriously.

People should stay away from all the locations the staff are beyond rude they let their staff go rogue an do whatever they want. They let staff harass patients. They also run scared when someone catches them doing ignorant stuff so they throw patients out before they get rid of the b.s. staff. This place doesnt not care about patients health or any thing. The office manager is the stupidest person there beside the other staff. It is just the worst place ever maybe it should be shut down hell shut them all down!!!!!! He should not even be allowed to operate on dead people either or any of the doctors at this place for that matter. Big waste of time an energy at all the offices

I have been going to Diamantoni & Associates for about 10 years. I have seen four doctors in that time and all have been exceptional. They are very caring and thoughtful, answer all questions and listen to concerns. If youre looking for a family practice I highly recommend these folks, they are real people. Absolutely the best practice in the area.

Every visit has been over 2 hours. With about 15 min of interaction with the Dr. At the end. Very frustrating.
