I have been a patient of Dr. Kapoors for a few years now and have never had an issue. I absolutely love her nurse, kind, friendly, full of advice and thorough. I can usually call the day before and get an appt. for the next day if I have a last minute situation come up. She is VERY knowledgeable about the medical situations. I dont know if her staff at the front desk has changed but they do seem to be different people than when I first started going to her.

I was a patient of Dr Kapoor for several years before moving to Newport News and changing doctors because of the distance. What a mistake. My heath has declined and the doctors I chose because of distance have all be horrible. Finally, I made my mind up. Im going back to Dr. Kapoor! She is a wonderful caring and knowledgeable Physician. I regret that I ever left her practice, but Im going home to good quality care!

My first visit was very good doctor seem to care then I needed a prescription refilled was told it would be done within 48 hours. Well here we are on the weekend the doctor has left and no prescription was called in wouldnt be a big deal but its not a medicine that youre supposed to be out of. I am very disappointed I will give it one more try

Experience was terrible! Staff gave me a 3:30 appointment but when arrived, early I might add, I was told that my appointment was at 3:00 and that I wouldnt be seen! It wouldnt have been such an issue if I hadnt called the day before to confirm the appointment! Take my advice, go somewhere else!

Was just told that the Dr will not see me because I rescheduled my apt.... Like at all... I was told that I need to find a new Dr. Virginia is ridiculous!
