I wish I could rate this good because I adore Dr. Jubilee, shes just fantastic, and the nurses are great also, but the office staff - ugh. Their incorrect billings, double billings, and assorted paperwork screwups have been an absolute nightmare. Theyre nice enough, but I cant seem to get through a visit without an accompanying insurance headache that lasts months to get straightened out. It sucks when you love your doctor but have to consider leaving because the office is so very incapable of correctly billing your visits!

I love these nurses here, bless them! Dr Germscheid made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I kept things hidden (should never do this with doctors). Bedside manner was just terrible if not nonexistent, just staring at me as I talked to her my first visit with this bored look and would actually sigh constantly in a "ugh, you done?" way. Her assistant is a very lovely woman who I wish rubbed off on the doctor lol. So thank you nurses and her assistant, you have been great. Germscheid? Maybe switch to being a vet?
