The staff were late for their appointment, pushy, and rude both first and second visit. I had to have some safety glasses ordered that ran late getting to me even though they said they would push a rush order in. They did not put in a rush order. They did not call me back to check on me. on my visit while testing my eyes they went so fast between different lenses I wast sure what one was better. (The part they ask what is better 1 or 2, 3 or 4) Longest part of my visit was the wait. When I asked for them to slow down she said she had been doing this for 10yrs and no one else had a problem. They spent little time with me and as a customer made me feel as a inconvenience to them. I am easy going and professional even with their work ethic. Be warned that this is not a business you want to work with.

I have been using this company for all of my eye care needs and that of my families as well for almost 4 years now. I love the doc and the staff there. They are always courteous and if I have an issue with needing a later in the day appt they are open until 8 pm most days of the week, so it is no problem. There have been times when I needed a trial pair of lenses because I was out and waiting for an appt and that has never been an issue. Not sure what happened the day the previous reviewer went in, but I have always had a good experience.

I originally purchased eyeglasses from a Virginia Beach location in December but I needed an adjustment and was near the Hampton location so I stopped there. Let me say that Gwen rocks! It took a few adjustments to get the best fit and Gwen was very patient, explaining what she was doing along the way. Ive been wearing glasses for almost 50 years and I got an education today. All your employees have been wonderful but I may have to make the trip back to see Gwen next time I need glasses.

Theyre amazing and our family consistently goes to them and have for years. The doctor is awesome; the equipment is new & they use best practices and Gwen, the Office Manager, always offers a concierge service that makes it all worthwhile.

Friendly staff, Dr. Is very knowledgeable about the eye and explains things very well and takes his time with you doesnt rush through the appointment.
