Nice office. Dr. Vedina has been my doctor for a few years and I like her. HOWEVER, I visit the doctor once a year just for my well womans visit. This visit and all its associated labs are covered through my insurance. EVERY SINGLE YEAR they do not code my visit correctly and I get a $200+ bill from Labcorp. EVERY YEAR I remind them about my visit and labs being covered and how to code it. EVERY YEAR I go back and forth between the Labcorp and the ONE person at the office that does billing who is only there a few selected days a week and NO ONE ELSE can do billing, trying to get them to fix the coding and resubmit. EVERY YEAR I end up paying the full bill that I shouldnt have had to pay out of exhaustion and refusal to let my credit be affected. I am seeking a different primary care office for this reason. I have no problem paying when Im supposed to. But Im not about to get money taken from my check to pay for insurance and then not have that insurance cover what it is supposed to because your office cant figure out how to code a visit. Very upset to have to leave my physician, but the unnecessary cost is not worth it.

Dr. Bradshaw is an excellent physician. He has been my PC physician for a number of years and I have always found him to be professional, patient, thorough, and kind. He always has the best interest of his patient in mind. He is careful to take time to answer any questions and concerns. I recently needed to see him for a same day visit. I was told there would be a wait time as he was going to work me in. To my surprise I was in the waiting room less than 10 minutes and when Dr. Bradshaw came in to examine me he didnt rush me out but took time to listen to what I was experiencing, gave me a diagnosis, and answered all of my questions. I received the same attention and quality of care that I receive when I have a scheduled visit. Would recommend Dr. Bradshaw to anyone looking for and excellent physician and quality care

I lost my primary care dr due to the healthcare exchange. I called Dr. Vedinas office requesting an urgent new patient appointment for an acute medical problem. The staff talked to Dr. Vedina and she saw me the very next morning! Not only did she address my immediate concerns, she essentially did a complete physical including lab work. She was kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to my concerns. Her staff was kind and professional. The onsite laboratory is very convenient as well. Without a doubt, she is by far the best Primary Care doctor I have ever had. I would recommend her and the entire practice to anyone in need of a primary care dr.

Dr. Bradshaw is one of the best doctors I have engaged with and Im 70 so there have been many from some of the most prominent medical centers in the country, i.e. Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins. He is very through, broad knowledge base and most important a great listener...empathy.He is supported by a staff that is always pleasant and professional.Im sure without their help it would be difficult for him to provide his outstanding service. His office is very convenient, easy parking, clean and quiet...mitigates much of he stress we all have before a visit.

I am always surprised how quickly they get back with me on any results. I was called by the nurse within 4 hours the last time I had a test run at a nearby hospital. The turn-around-time seemed amazingly fast. Ive never had better or more personal care from a healthcare team."
