Dr.Crawford is awesome and so is the nurse Iesha but the girls at the front desk and whom ever answers the phones are terrible. I have never felt so angry when getting off the phone from my primary care physicians office. This is a doctors office and I expect to be talked to with respect not like I am below or annoying for trying to come get medical attention. That being said they just lost a patient, I refuse to walk into a doctors office and feel any more terrible than the reason I am at the doctors for! I hope someone takes this serious and a change of staff is implemented. Not a good look or experience.
